MODE D’EMPLOI
• Billes d’équilibrage :
Contrôle d’étanchéité obligatoire après manipulation.
• Pour obtenir des résultats satisfaisants, il est impératif de consulter le tableau
des quantités recommandées selon la taille du pneu à équilibrer. Il vous suffit
simplement d’ouvrir l’emballage et de mettre le sachet à l’intérieur du pneu. Cette
méthode permet d’utiliser un manogonfleur pour placer le pneu sur la jante.
• La pression à l’intérieur du pneu désintègrera le sac contenant les billes.
• Les billes équilibrent automatiquement tout l’ensemble tournant
roue et mécanique.
• Pour l’élimination des billes à l’intérieur du pneu avant rechapage, utiliser notre
aspirateur.
INSTRUCTIONS
• Balancing beads: Airtightness must be checked after handling.
• To achieve maximum results, refer to recommended quantities chart for each tyre size.
Open the outer package and throw the inner bag into the tyre. This method permits use
of an inflating gauge to seat the tyre on the rim.
• The pressure inside the tyre will collapse the bag containing the beads.
• The beads will automatically balance the complete wheel assembly.
• To remove the beads inside the tyre before retreading, use our vacuum cleaner.

PRINCIPE D’EQUILIBRAGE AVEC LES BILLES :
Les billes qui se trouvent à l’intérieur d’un pneu se déplacent progressivement par la force de l’inertie dans la direction opposée
au mouvement vers le haut ou le bas, et contrebalancent ainsi automatiquement le déséquilibre.
Elles sont distribuées de façon égale dans le pneu lorsqu’il se met en mouvement sous l’effet de la force centrifuge.
À mesure que la force centrifuge du poids lourd déséquilibré augmente et agit sur les suspensions, les billes commencent à se
déplacer dans la direction opposée au mouvement vers le haut et vers le bas par la force d’inertie.
Les billes continuent de tourner jusqu’à ce que l’ensemble roue soit équilibré.
Les billes équilibrent le pneu pendant toute sa durée de vie, car elles peuvent réajuster la position d’équilibre à volonté.

HOW IT WORKS:
When the beads are inside the tyre, they gradually move (through inertia) in the opposite direction of the up and down motion and automatically counteract the imbalance. They will be evenly distributed around the tyre as it begins to roll through centrifugal force. As the
centrifugal force of the out of balance (heavy spot) increases and pulls up and down on the suspension, the Beads start to move in the
opposite direction of the downward and upward travel through inertia.
The Beads continue to travel until the complete wheel assembly is balanced. The Beads balance the complete wheel assembly in all
wheel position on both trucks and trailers. This product is environmentally friendly and will not react to any known chemicals.
