• RELEVANCE : Etude multicentrique, de phase III, randomisée en ouvert, visant à comparer
l’efficacité et la tolérance d’un traitement associant le lenalidomide et le rituximab à un
traitement associant une chimiothérapie à du rituximab suivi de rituximab en maintenance chez
des patients atteints d’un lymphome folliculaire non antérieurement traité
• GALEN : A phase IB/II study of Obinutuzumab combined with Lenalidomide for the treatment
of relapsed/refractory follicular and aggressive (DLBCL and MCL) B-CELL lymphoma
• GAINED : Etude de phase III, randomisée, comparant le GA101 au Rituximab en association
avec une chimiothérapie administrée tous les 14 jours (ACVBP ou CHOP) selon une stratégie
thérapeutique guidée par les résultats de la TEP chez des patients de 18 à 60 ans présentant
un LDGCB CD20+ au diagnostic avec un ou plusieurs facteurs pronostiques selon le score IPI
adapté à l’âge
• AHL2011 : Evaluation prospective randomisée d’un traitement guidé par la TEP chez des
patients atteints de lymphomes de Hodgkin de stade III-IV ou IIB à haut risque
• EUROSKI : Etude prospective multicentrique évaluant la persistance de la rémission
moléculaire après arrêt d’inhibiteurs de la tyrosine kinase dans la leucémie myéloïde chronique.
