Getting to IHS & your hotel
From the Airport
Airport Bus. The most convenient option to reach the IHS and your hotel is by taking the airport bus Vienna Airport
Lines with the final destination Westbahnhof. Tickets are available on the bus or at the ticket‐slot‐machine at the
exit. From the airport to Westbahnhof it is a roughly 45 minutes’ bus ride and you get off at the last stop
Westbahnhof.

Airport Trains. The City Airport Train (CAT) is another option to reach the IHS, your hotel or the city center. Leaving
from the airport’s train station every 30 minutes, it takes you to the station Landstrasse – Wien Mitte in 16 minutes.
You can also take the S‐Bahn (suburban railway) to Landstrasse ‐ Wien Mitte which is a lower priced option. To get
to IHS or your hotel from Landstrasse ‐ Wien Mitte you need to take the subway line U3 in direction Ottakring
which takes you directly to Westbahnhof.

Airport Taxi. The service counters in the arrival lobby offer a fixed fare around 30 €. Please ask for an airport taxi
("Flughafentaxi") which will be organized for you within a couple of minutes.
