E.M.I.-Abschirmung
E.M.I. Shielding
Wo Strom fließt, kommt es zu elektromagnetischen
Interferenzen (E.M.I.), dem sogenannten Elektrosmog. Davor müssen sensible Geräte, Leitungen und
Bauteile geschützt werden. Ebenso geht es darum,
die von den Geräten ausgehende Elektrostrahlung
zu verringern. Für die effiziente, sichere E.M.I.-Abschirmung bietet Zipper-Technik eine breitgefächerte
Produktauswahl an. Metallische oder metallisierte
Gewebe, leitfähige Aluminiumfolien oder metallisch

Wherever there’s an electrical current flow, there are
electro-magnetic interferences (E.M.I.), also called
electric smog. Sensitive devices, cables and components have to be protected from this. Another aim is
the reduction of electro-magnetic radiation emitted
by the devices themselves. Zipper-Technik offers a
wide range of products for efficient and safe E.M.I.
shielding. Metallic or metalized fabrics, conductive
aluminum foils or composite foils with metal coating
are the materials we use to develop our shieldings.

1. Seite: Beschichtung auf Basis Vinylacetat Copolymer, Aluminium pigmentiert
2. Seite: Beschichtung auf Basis Silikon Kautschuk, gefüllt mit expandierendem Graphit (Blähgraphit)
Bei Hitzeeinwirkung expandiert der Blähgraphit und bildet eine Intumeszenzschicht auf der Materialoberfläche. Dies verlangsamt die Brandausweitung und wirkt
den für den Menschen gefährlichsten Brandfolgen,
nämlich der Bildung toxischer Gase und Rauch, entgegen.
Typische Anwendungen von GRAPEX insbesondere
für kundenspezifische Flammschutzteile bestehen z.B.
in der LKW- und Bus-Industrie.

As a result of the heat of a fire the graphite expands and creates an intumescent layer on the
surface of the material. This retards the spread of
fire and minimises one of the most harmful effects
of combustion, the creation of toxic gases and fumes.

ALM 400/180-A: 20 µm Aluminiumfolie verklebt auf EGlasgewebe (Leinwandbindung), rückseitig selbstklebend ausgeführt mit einem modifizierten Acrylatkleber.
ZIPSPOT ist insbesondere für den Einsatz auf verschiedenen Kunststoffen bestens geeignet. Die hohe Dauertemperaturbelastbarkeit verbunden mit den sehr guten
Klebeeigenschaften bildet die Basis für einen Einsatz in
der Automobilindustrie.
ZIPSPOT – The 180°C Heat Reflective Patch
Long-term operating temperature: up to 180°C
(short-term: 200°C)
ALM 400/180-A: 20 µm aluminium foil bonded to E-glass
(linen weave), ultra cross-linked acrylic adhesive on the reverse side.
ZIPSPOT is specifically developed for heavy duty applications requiring high shear performance, especially on plastic components, and high temperature resistance. Typical
applications are for heat protection at selective spots on
components in the automotive industry.
