Greensleeves Records präsentiert das vierte Studioalbum des Stars aus den USA. "Spark Seeker" wurde in
Los Angeles von Koool Kojak produziert (u.a. Nicki Minaj, Travis Barker oder Ke$ha). Mit Hilfe befreundeter
Musiker wie Zohar Fresco, Daniel Zamir, Ravid Kahalani und des Rappers Shyne ist ein äußerst gelungener
Longplayer entstanden, mit dem von den Fans erwarteten Global Groove Mix aus Reggae, Hip Hop,
Beatboxing-Kultur und Rock/Pop Elementen. Vor Veröffentlichung von "Spark Seeker" kündigte der 33Jährige Matisyahu (Matthew Paul Miller) an sich wieder weltlicheren Themen zuzuwenden, er veränderte
sein Äußeres und begann einen neuen Lebensabschnitt. Matisyahu kommt vom 3. bis 5. März für Konzerte
in Berlin, Köln und München nach Deutschland.

former Epic Records artist goes independent and presents the fourth studio album on his own label Fallen
Sparks Records in co-operation with Greensleeves Records for Europe. Spark Seeker, the fourth studio
album from Matisyahu is currently at the top of the Billboard Reggae Chart in America. The record mixes
ancient traditional sounds with futuristic electro beats, there is rapping and singing, songs of the spirit and
songs of the body. This album is about seeking that spark within says Matisyahu (born Matthew Paul Miller)
who spent a year recording with Koool Kojak (Nicki Minaj, Travis Barker, Ke$ha) at the latter’s home studio in
L.A. Then the pair went to Israel with an open slate. We booked a studio there and invited various friends
and musicians – including Zohar Fresco, Daniel Zamir, Ravid Kahalani and rapper Shyne – to come and
simply play music. The resulting album (released in July in the US) has sold over 50.000 albums and is now
