Printed in Germany. 2 Produktbeschreibung Produktvarianten Einfach grafisch Programmieren Mit der Software miCon-L können kompatible BARTH MiniSPS mit geringstem Einarbeitungsaufwand grafisch programmiert werden. Die ausschließliche Verwendung grafischer Bausteine macht das Erlernen von Programmiersprachen überflüssig und minimiert Fehler bei der Programmerstellung. Die Funktionsbausteine entsprechen existierenden grafischen Fachsprachen. Die Programmierung erfolgt datenflussorientiert in Funktionsbausteinsprache. Die Software miCon-L verbindet Programmierung, Simulation, Test und Inbetriebnahme in einem Werkzeug. Die Software miCon-L ist als Download und auf einer SDSpeicherkarte erhältlich. Art.-Nr. Zur Verwendung der Software nutzen Sie bitte einen externen oder internen SD-Kartenleser. Systemvoraussetzungen •Prozessor mit mindestens 500 MHz •Arbeitsspeicher mindestens 256 MB RAM •Festplatte ca. 200 MB freier Speicherplatz •Monitorauflösung 1.024 × 576 oder höher •Windows XP mit Service Pack (SP) 3 (32-Bit) •Windows Vista mit SP1 (32-Bit oder 64-Bit) •Windows 7 (32-Bit oder 64-Bit) •PDF-Reader 3 Installation RS-232 Adapter Anschluss Mini-SPS Falls Ihr Computer über keine RS-232 Schnittstelle verfügt, nutzen Sie bitte den folgenden Schnittstellenadapter. Zum Anschluss der Mini-SPS an Ihren Computer nutzen Sie bitte das folgende Verbindungskabel. Art.-Nr. Bezeichnung Art.-Nr. Bezeichnung 0208-0012 Adapter RS-232 <-> USB 0091-0010 Verbindungskabel VK-10 RS-232 Beachten Sie, dass nur miCon-L-fähige Mini-SPS über dieses Kabel angeschlossen werden können. Sollte Ihr Computer über keine RS-232 Schnittstelle verfügen, so wird der genannte Adapter zwischen den USB-Port Ihres Computers und die Mini-SPS geschaltet. Dieser Adapter ermöglicht den Betrieb von Geräten mit RS-232 Schnittstelle an der USB-Schnittstelle Ihres Computers. Der für die Installation notwendige Hardwaretreiber ist auf der beiliegenden Produkt-CD bzw. auf der miConLSpeicherkarte enthalten. Ebenfalls finden Sie auf dem Datenträger Dokumente zur Installationsunterstützung. Um die Kommunikation zur ermöglichen, stellen Sie sicher, dass die Mini-SPS mit Spannung versorgt und der Schnittstellenadapter ordnungsgemäß arbeitet. Beachten Sie zu diesem Thema unbedingt auch die Anleitung zur verwendeten Mini-SPS. Bitte notieren Sie sich nach der Installation den vom System zugewiesenen neuen COM-Port (RS-232 Schnittstelle). Dieser wird in der Windows-Systemsteuerung angezeigt. Die Nummer des COM-Ports benötigen Sie vor dem Starten des Programms miCon-L. 4 Schnellstart 1 Starten Sie die Datei „startme.exe“. 10 Zum Verbinden von Anschlüssen: Positionieren Sie den Mauszeiger auf einem Anschlusspin des Funktionsbausteins den Sie verbinden möchten und klicken Sie mit der linken Maustaste. Bewegen Sie nun das Fadenkreuz zum Zielpin und klicken Sie ein weiteres Mal. Die Verbindung ist hergestellt wenn die Pfeillinie zu sehen ist. Bei dem Versuch inkompatible Datentypen zu verbinden erscheint eine Fehlermeldung. 2 Wählen Sie im folgenden Dialog den COM-Port aus an dem die Mini-SPS bzw. der Schnittstellenadapter angeschlossen ist. 11 Bausteinspezifische Hilfe erhalten Sie durch das Drücken der rechten Maustaste über einem Funktionsbaustein (Kontextmenü). 3 Starten Sie miCon-L im angezeigten Dialog. 4 Legen Sie ein neues Projekt an: Projekt -> Neu 12 Im Kontextmenü eines Funktionsbausteins können weitere Parameter eingestellt werden. 5 Wählen Sie die angeschlossene Mini-SPS aus. 6 Vergeben Sie einen Projektnamen. 7 Im dem neuen Projekt befindet sich bereits eine Ansteuerung für die Status-LED. Wenn Sie keine weiteren Funktionsbausteine hinzufügen möchten, können Sie mit Schritt 13 fortfahren. 8 Wählen Sie einen Funktionsbaustein aus der Bibliothek aus. Im darüberliegenden Fenster wird der ausgewählte Funktionsbaustein grafisch dargestellt. Ziehen Sie diesen nun per „Drag and Drop“ auf Ihr Arbeitsblatt. Die Software miCon-L erfordert keine typische Installation. Sie kann direkt von der SD-Speicherkarte gestartet werden. Alternativ kann die Anwendung in einen lokalen Ordner Ihres Computers gespeichert werden um die Anwendung später aus dem Ordner heraus oder über eine Verknüpfung zu starten. 9 13 Wenn Sie Ihr Projekt fertiggestellt haben, drücken Sie die Taste F9 zur Online-Inbetriebnahme der SPS. 14 Überprüfen Sie nun online die Funktionen Ihrer Mini-SPS. Hier haben Sie die Möglichkeit Ein- und Ausgangszustände der Mini-SPS in Echtzeit am Bildschirm Ihres Computers zu verfolgen. 15 Drücken Sie die Taste F9 um die Verbindung zur Mini-SPS offline zu schalten. 16 Um zu Ihrem Arbeitsblatt zurückzukehren, drücken Sie auf dem entsprechenden Eintrag im Projektbaum die rechte Maustaste und wählen Sie „Bearbeiten“. Im Ordner „miCon-L\PROJECT\SAMPLE_PROGS“ finden Sie Programmbeispiele für einen leichteren Einstieg in die grafische Programmierung mit miCon-L. Positionieren Sie weitere Funktionsbausteine in gleicher Weise wie unter Position 7 beschrieben. 5 Product Desription Product Options Easy graphical programming The miCon-L Software Suite provides fastest access to the unique graphical programming capability of compatible BARTH Mini-PLCs. Without learning a difficult programming language the MiniPLC can be easily programmed using vivid function blocks. This block design meets graphical standards of the latest graphical programming languages. The miCon-L Software Suite features programming, simulation and test in one unique software design tool. The miCon-L Software Suite is available either as Download or on SD Memory Card. Art. Getting access the the files on the memory card please use a common USB Card Reader with your Computer. Please use the following cable to connect the Mini-PLC to your computer. Art. No. Description Art. Connecting the Mini-PLC to your computer without RS-232 Interface please use the RS-232/USB Adapter. This adapter allows USB operation of devices with RS-232 interface on your computer. The attached product CD contains the required hardware driver for installation. The miCon-L SD Memory Card also includes these driver files and additional support documents to ensure proper setup of the adapter hardware. To establish proper communication ensure that the Mini-PLC is connected to a specified power supply. Also ensure that the interface adapter is connected and set up properly. Please regard to the user manual of the applied MiniPLC. Please note the new system assigned COM-Port after installation. The port is shown in the Windows System Control. You need the port number before starting the miCon-L Software Suite. 7 Quick Start 10 To connect Pins of Function Blocks: Point your mouse at the pin of one Funktion Block which should be connected. Klick the left mouse button. Now move the crosshairs to target pin an do a second click with the right button. A proper connection is shown by a line ending with an arrow. Trying to connect pins using different data types an error message will be shown. The miCon-L Software Suite needs no typical installation procedure. It can be started directly from SD-Card or a user defined folder. To start the program from a folder simply copy the miCon-L files into a local folder on your computer. You can also create a link to „startme.exe“ to directly run the program from your desktop. 1 Start the file „startme.exe“ from the SD-Card or the local folder on your computer. 11 Block-specific help will be shown clicking the right mouse button to get access to the context menu. 2 Select the corresponding COM-Port in the following Dialog. 12 Additional Parameters can be defined within the context menu. 3 Start miCon-L. 4 Create a new project: Project -> New 13 After finishing your project press F9 to enter the Online Simulation Mode. 5 Select the connected Mini-PLC Type. 6 Choose a Project Name. 7 Within the new project a sample program is shown. If you want to start this program without adding new function blocks please resume with step 13. 8 Select a Function Block from the Library. In the window above the corresponding Function Block will be shown. Drag and Drop it to your Worksheet. 9 14 Check your Mini-PLC program running the Online Simulation. View input and output states and parameters on your monitor in a real time connection. 15 Press F9 to leave the Online Mode. 16 To return to your Worksheet click the right mouse button on the corresponding entry on the Project Tree and select „Edit“. You will find sample programs in the folder: ‚miCon-L\PROJECT\SAMPLE_PROGS‘ to ease start graphical programming with miCon-L. Repeat the procedure to place further Function Blocks to your Worksheet. 8 9
