Zu jedem Semesterbeginn und auch im laufenden Semester sind Studenten/Innen damit beschäftigt, alle nötigen Unterrichtsmaterialien zu
sammeln und auszudrucken.
Einerseits sind Skripte zum Lernen unabdingbar, andererseits hat man die Möglichkeit, den Vorlesungsstoff optimal vor- und nachzubereiten und
auch in der Vorlesung alles Wichtige im jeweiligen Skript zu notieren.
Aber auch das Ausdrucken und Binden von Bachelor- und Masterarbeiten erfordert das Aufsuchen eines Copy Shops, der uns mit
studentengerechten Preisen unterstützen sollte.
At the beginning of each semester start and also in the current semester there is the need for all students to collect and print all
the documents and scripts which are necessary for the lectures.
On the one hand you definitely need scripts to learn for the special course; on the other hand you have the possibility to be
prepared optimally for the following lectures to take down important notes.
Additionally the tying and printing of bachelor- or master thesis’s force us to visit a copy shop that has normal student prices
supporting the student life.
An der HAW Hamburg gibt es zwei Möglichkeiten, alle Arten von Dokumenten auf Papier zu drucken:
Zum einen befindet sich im Elektrotechnik Gebäude, in dem auch die beiden Mensen angesiedelt sind, ein Copy Shop im zweiten Stock.
Dieser Copy Shop bietet die Möglichkeit, Kopierkarten zu kaufen, auf einem USB Stick gespeicherte Dokumente oder Dokumente aus dem Internet
zu drucken. Außerdem kann selbstständig an Kopiergeräten kopiert werden und es können Skripte im Ganzen gekauft werden. Auch Bürobedarf,
Bücher, Taschenrechner und Süßigkeiten gehören zum Verkaufsangebot des Copy Shops. Zusätzlich hat man die Möglichkeit, Dokumente vorher
online zu schicken und somit einen Druckauftrag zu geben. Auf diesem Wege spart Ihr ein wenig, denn diese Art ist preiswerter.
Solltet Ihr an dieser Weise interessiert sein, fragt einfach mal im Copy Shop nach der genauen Vorgehensweise nach.
Wenn Ihr eine Kopierkarte gekauft habt, könnt Ihr im gleichen Gebäude im Erdgeschoss in einem Kopierraum mit mehreren
Geräten selbstständig und zeitlich ungebunden kopieren.
Die Öffnungszeiten des Copy Shops sind wie folgt:
Montag bis Donnerstag: 9.30 – 14.30 Uhr
Freitag 9.30 – 14.00 Uhr

On the HAW Hamburg there are two different opportunities to print and copy all different types of documents:
On the one hand you can find a copy shop in the electrical engineering building where our cafeterias are also located. The copy shop is placed in
the second floor and provides the opportunity to buy a copy card, to print documents on an USB stick or directly from the internet. Additionally you
can copy independently on copying machines and you can buy scripts as a whole. Furthermore you can buy office supplies, books, calculators and
sweets in this copy shop. You also have the possibility to send documents in the previous from home and online to give a print order this way. On
the next day you can pick up your sites. You can safe bit money if you use this way of printing because it is a little bit favorable for you.
If you are interested in this way of handling please ask the copy shop employees for the exact way of procedure.
And if you bought a copy card you can easily copy your documents in a separate room with copying machines which is available in the opening
hours of the university and is located in the first floor in the same building.
The opening hours of the copy shop are as follows:
Monday to Thursday: 9.30 – 14.30 o`clock
Friday: 9.30 – 14.00 o`clock
Zum anderen gibt es zwischen dem Gebäude des Departments Wirtschaft und dem Department für Maschinenbau eine andere Alternative
Dokumente auszudrucken, die Elbwerkstätten. Ganz unten und durch einen Nebeneingang zu erreichen befindet sich dort ein kleiner Copy Shop,
in dem beeinträchtigte Menschen die Möglichkeit haben, zu arbeiten und für uns Dinge zu kopieren und zu drucken. Die Leute die dort arbeiten
sind immer super freundlich und meistens kann man die Kopien/Ausdrucke direkt mitnehmen.
Solltet Ihr daran interessiert, dort einmal hinzugehen, sprecht einfach Eure Kommilitonen an falls Ihr diesen Copy Shop nicht gleich findet und es
wird sicherlich jemand Auskunft dazu geben können.
On the other hand you find another alternative Copy Shop called “Elbwerkstätten” in the basement under the auditorium between the building of
the economic department and the building of the department for engineering. Through a side entrance there is another small copy shop. This copy
shop employs impaired people that have the possibility to work there and copy and print the documents for students. The people that work there
are always really friendly and mostly you can take the printed stuff with you right away.
If you are interested in visiting this opportunity and you do not find it directly please ask your fellow students and there will be definitely someone
who knows more about the exact location.
