Die Unternehmensinvestitionen dürften sich mit steigender Kapazitätsauslastung und wachsendem Vertrauen in die Wirtschaft des Euroraums, wenn auch nur langsam, erholen. Im Zuge der Kräftigung der Wirtschaftstätigkeit im Euroraum werden sich die Exporte beleben, auch wenn die Nachfrage aus den aufstrebenden Volkswirtschaften wohl kaum an Schwung gewinnen wird. Während 2015 nur mit einer geringen Beschäftigungsexpansion gerechnet wird, dürfte diese 2016 unter dem Einfluss des steigenden Wachstums stärker ausfallen. Dank der Zunahme des Verbrauchs der privaten Haushalte wird der Verbraucherpreisauftrieb den Projektionen zufolge etwas anziehen. Es wird mit einem Rückgang des Leistungsbilanzüberschusses gerechnet, der aber dennoch groß bleiben wird. Die Abwärtsrisiken sind erheblich Stärkere Turbulenzen an den Finanzmärkten und eine Abschwächung der Auslandsnachfrage, insbesondere im Euroraum, würden die Exporte und die inländischen Investitionen erheblich schwächen und in der Folge die Beschäftigung und das Konsumklima eintrüben. Deutschland ist den geopolitischen Spannungen in Osteuropa sehr stark ausgesetzt.
