Scondoo ist eine kostenlose App für iOS und Android, mit der Verbraucher auf bestimmte
Produkte Cashback erhalten, indem sie Ihren Supermarkt- oder Drogerie-Kassenbon
fotografieren - egal, bei welchem Händler die Produkte gekauft wurden. Dieser Mechanismus
macht scondoo zum ersten handelsunabhängigen Mobile Cashback Programm im
deutschsprachigen Raum. Mit seinen Apps bietet scondoo Markenherstellern die Möglichkeit,
einen direkten Draht zu Ihren Kunden über den mobilen Kanal herzustellen, und stellt damit ein
einzigartiges und effektives Direktmarketing-Instrument zur Verfügung.
Um unser Entwickler-Team zu verstärken und uns für die nächsten Meilensteine in der
Produktentwicklung zu rüsten, sind wir aktuell auf der Suche nach einem Backend-Entwickler
(Python).
Deine Aufgaben
• Führung aller Aspekte des Entwicklungsprozesses von mobilen Applikationen, um eine
User-zentrierte App zu bauen
• Seite an Seite mit dem CTO, einem Android- und einem iOS-Entwickler zusammen
arbeiten um neue Features zu designen, entwickeln und umzusetzen
• Relevante Produktideen formen, etablieren, führen und betreuen, um dabei eine
perfekte Lösung im Sinne des Kunden in angemessener Zeit umzusetzen
• Identifizierung, Test und Behebung von Performance Issues
Was du mitbringen solltest
• MUSS: Nachgewiesene Erfahrung und technischer Hintergrund mit Python
• SOLL
o Gute Kenntnis von Web-Technologien wie APIs und/oder Google AppEngine
o Kenntnis von NoSQL sowie SQL Datenbanken
o Theoretisches Verständnis von informatischen Problemen
• KANN: Kenntnis von HTML/CSS/JS (jQuery, Bootstrap, …)
• Herausforderungen ziehen Dich an, Du hast eine “Can do” und Hands on” Einstellung
• Du hast vor kurzem (< 2 Jahre) Deinen Uni-Abschluss gemacht oder bist kurz davor

Scondoo is a free iOS and Android app that gives shoppers the opportunity to earn cashback
rewards for specific products by scanning their supermarket or grocery receipts –
no matter in which store the products were bought. This makes scondoo the first retailer
independent mobile cashback program in Germany. Through its apps, Scondoo provides
consumer brands the opportunity to establish a direct link to their shoppers through the
mobile channel, thus creating a unique and effective direct marketing instrument for brands.
In order to enforce our dev team and get ready for the next big steps in our product
development, we’re currently looking for a backend developer (Python).
What you’ll do
• Lead all aspects of an mobile application development process to build a user-centered
app
• Work side by side with the CTO, a Android- and a iOS-Developer to design, build and
implement new features for our services
• Forge, establish, lead, and oversee all relevant new product ideas and, by this, create,
implement and improve a perfect customer solution in a timely manner
• Identification, testing, and fixing of all performance issues
What we’re looking for in you
• MUST: Proven experience and technical background in Python development
• SHOULD
o Good knowledge of web technologies, including APIs, and/or Google AppEngine
o Knowledge about NoSQL as well as SQL Databases
o Theoritical knowledge about problems in computer science
• COULD: Knowledge about HTML/CSS/JS (jQuery, Bootstrap, …)
• Attracted to challenges with a "can-do" and "hands on" attitude
• You are about to or recently graduated from university (<2 yrs)
