Upload Arduino and Upload Attiny..
Load in Arduino-IDE the sketch
ArduinoISP.
You get it with this File.
Other you get it in Examples at your Arduinodirectory.
Select Arduino Board and Port.
Select “AVRISP mkII”
Upload the sketch to your Arduino.
After upload the LED1 on Attiny-Shield must flash
(swell).
If not, there is a mistake at your upload.
Load on Arduino-IDE the sketch for your Attiny.
(I take Attiny85 as example)
Select Board “Attiny85 @ 1 MHz (internal osz…)
Select same port.

Select Programmer
“Arduino as ISP”
Upload the sketch.
After upload the sketch you get any mistake from
the Arduino-IDE.
It is okay, don’t worry.
After upload the LED2 on Attiny-Shield is flashing.
If not please check.
If you place a new Attiny (not my), the upload can
be not okay. Upload your sketch once more.
If you place my Attiny, check is it right. The 2
Jumper are okay.
Upload once more.
Mistake doesn’t matter.

Arduino starten mit Sketch “ArduinoISP”
Den Sketch habe ich mitgeliefert.
Finden Sie aber auch im
Ordner „Arduino“ „Examples“
Arduino Board und Port auswählen.
Hier z.B. „Arduino UNO“.
Port auswählen wie gewohnt
Als Programmer wählen Sie “AVRISP mkII”
Den Sketch jetzt uploaden.
Nach erfolgreichen Upload schwellt die LED1 auf
dem Attiny-Shield.
Es zeigt Ihnen stetig an, dass der Arduino im ISPMode läuft.
Sollte die LED nicht schwellen, ist etwas mit dem
Upload verkehrt gelaufen.
Neue Arduino-IDE starten und mitgeliefertes
Beispiel für Attiny laden.
(Im Beispiel ein Attiny85)
Board “Attiny85 @ 1 MHz (internal…..) auswählen
Port auswählen wie vorher.

Programmer auswählen.
Dieses Mal “Arduino as ISP”
Sketch uploaden
Nach dem Upload gibt die IDE einige
Fehlermeldungen zurück.
Die sind normal.
Der geglückte Upload des Sketches wird Ihnen mit
dem Blinken der LED2 angezeigt.
Den Sketch Blink habe ich für alle 3 Attiny xx
beigefügt.
Damit kann man den Prozessor schnell testen.
Sollte der Sketch nicht geladen werden und eine
andere Fehlermeldung wird angezeigt und LED2
blinkt nicht, bittte den Upload nochmals machen.
Manchmal hakt der Upload bei nagelneuen Attiny.
Diese und ähnliche Fehlermeldungen sind okay.
Install Driver for Arduino
Close all Arduino-IDE
To install Attiny driver for Arduino, select folder “Arduino” and select folder “hardware”.
Create folder “tiny” and copy all files and folders in “tiny” you get from me.
You can download the files on www.arduino.cc search for attiny85.
After copy the files, start Arduino-IDE
You can select Board “Attiny…………”
Driver für Arduino installieren
Programm Arduino beenden. Ordner „Arduino“ „hardware“ wählen. Ordner „tiny“ kreieren.
Dateien und Ordner hinein kopieren.
Arduino starten. In „Tools“ „Board“ kann man nun die Attiny-Prozessoren auswählen.
