Classic style centre cockpit cruising yacht - good old quality boat. Very sturdy.
Present owner is the 3rd owner from new - owns the boat since approx. 15 years - NO OSMOSIS
He sailed cross Atlantic, Brasilia, Carribean, Azores and back to Mallorca with small crew only.
All sails checked by a local Sailmaker approx. two years ago, sails in good order, never been used since.
2/2013: at my visit on board, engine worked perfect, all batteries in working order, GPS and Radar in working order,
The VDO instruments at cockpit: wind (needs repair, parts on board), log/speed (by last haul-out the paddel-wheel is
broker by the high-pressure cleaning, need to be renewed), echo sounder not working - instrument at chart table
worked.
Sprayhood in like-new condition.
Rig: lower shrouds replaced.
Wind-Generator: needs new rotor-blades (already ordered by owner).
New deck painting-work in process.
Deck hatches: perspex glas renewed
At my opinion the boat needs a pretty good cleaning, probably varnish the furniture etc.
2nd owner has carried out a osmosis prevention coating
Freshwater in total: 750 litres (3 tanks) - Fuel: 180 litres
