TARDIF JR., and files this Motion for Rule 2004 Examination as to the Debtor, ULRICH FELIX ANTON ENGLER, and states as follows: 1. Creditors of the Debtor filed an involuntary Chapter 7 Petition for Relief on March 31, 2008 and the Court entered an Order for Relief. 2. The Debtor failed to attend the creditors’ meeting and the Trustee believes that the Debtor will not cooperate in the administration of this case by providing either necessary documents and/or information to the Trustee. 3. The Trustee believes Angelika Neumeier-Fuchs may have information and/or documents that will assist the Trustee in the administration of the case to determine potential creditors and assets that the Trustee can administer. WHEREFORE the Trustee requests that the Court enter an Order compelling the Debtor to appear at the at a date and time to be set by the Trustee and to produce information and/or documents designated by the Trustee.
