AT YOUR DESTINATION:
• Upon arrival in your destination you will be required to claim your
luggage and exit the terminal.
• You may be approached inside the terminal by taxi drivers and/or
time-share companies who may at times claim to be working for
Sunquest. Please do not be distracted by them and proceed
directly outside until you see the Sunquest signs.
• A Sunquest Airport Representative or a representative from our
appointed local agent will check your name on their manifest and
will direct you to the vehicle assigned to escort you safely to your
chosen hotel.
• At the airport you will be given information from your local
Sunquest Team. This may be an invitation to your Sunquest
Welcome Briefing or an information sheet listing our local Sunquest
Office contact numbers.
• If you have a scheduled Welcome Briefing we strongly recommend
attending as you will meet your local expert – your Sunquest
Representative, get details about your hotel & the area, as well as
all of the do’s and don’ts.
• At the Welcome Briefing you will be able to ask the Representative
any questions you may have or book any of our exciting Days &
Nights Out that Sunquest offers to make sure this is a vacation you
will never forget!
• At the Briefing your Sunquest Representative will also provide you
with the details regarding your return transfer, airport security and
what you need to do on the day of your departure.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
• Check the enclosed documents to ensure all the details regarding
the names, dates and destination are correct.
• Ensure that you have the required documentation such as a valid
passport, notarized declaration, visa. Consult your travel agent, if
you are unsure.
• Please note that additional documentation may be required when
only one parent or adults other than the parents are travelling
with children.
• Tourist Cards are required when travelling to Cuba or the
Dominican Republic and will be distributed onboard your
aircraft. Please complete both sections prior to landing and
present it to the local authorities upon arrival.
• Airline seating is assigned on a first come first serve basis.
Pre-assigned seating is available on most flights at a minimal fee.

PACKING YOUR BAGS
• Baggage tags are available from our Airport Representative.
• Standard baggage allowance per person is 2 pcs at 20kg total.
Please confirm with airline as allowances may vary.
• Carry-on is limited to 1 piece per person and must not exceed
9”X 16”X 20” in size. Please check with the airline about items
that are not allowed in your carry-on.
• It is advisable to pack your carry-on bag with items that you will
immediately need upon arrival. Standard hotel check-in is usually
between 12 - 3 pm local time.
BEFORE YOU LEAVE FOR THE AIRPORT
• Check your departure time with the airline. The airline telephone
number is printed on your airline ticket in the
flight information section.
• Please check-in at the airport 3-4 hours
before departure. There are no refunds for
missed flights.
AT YOUR DESTINATION
• Upon arrival in your destination you will be required to claim
your luggage and exit the terminal.
• A Representative will meet and assist you outside the
local customs area and will direct you to your transfer bus.
• Please present the enclosed hotel voucher at the hotel. If you
require assistance please contact our local office at
the number provided.
• Return flight information is provided at the
front desk. Transfers to the airport and flight
departure times are posted in the lobby.

• Des étiquettes de bagages sont disponibles auprès de notre
représentant(e) à l’aéroport.
• L’allocation de bagages par personne est de 2 valises dont le poids total
ne dépasse pas 20 kilos. Veuillez confirmer cette allocation auprès du
transporteur car elle pourrait varier.
• Vous pouvez apporter un sac par personne dans la cabine. La taille de
ce sac ne doit pas dépasser 9 pou. X 16 pou. X 20 pou. Renseignezvous auprès du transporteur à savoir quels objets sont interdits dans la
cabine.
• Nous vous conseillons d’inclure dans votre sac de cabine tout ce dont
vous aurez besoin dès votre arrivée. Notez bien que les heures
normales d’inscription à l’hôtel sont de midi à 15h, heure locale.

• Confirmez l’heure de votre départ auprès du transporteur aérien.

À DESTINATION
• À votre arrivée à destination, vous devez recueillir vos valises et
ensuite sortir de l’aérogare.
• Un représentant Vacances Sunquest vous accueillera à l’extérieur des
douanes locales, et vous dirigera vers votre véhicule de transfert.
• Une fois rendu à votre hôtel, veuillez présenter le bon échange
d’hôtel ci-inclus à la réception. Si vous avez besoin d’assistance,
