He was previously a senior member of the Fixed Interest team at Schroders Australia, where he was responsible for domestic and global fixed-income funds and served on the multi-asset team. Prior to joining Schroders, Briscoe spent six years with Colonial First State Investments, where he managed local and global bond funds and had tactical asset-allocation responsibilities. He spent nine years with Bankers Trust in investment banking, starting out in the treasury, trading bonds, before becoming a proprietary trader. Briscoe moved to Macquarie for a short time after the Bankers Trust merger before he joined Colonial First State. He holds a BA in economics from the University of New South Wales. Location: Hong Kong MARKUS PETERS SENIOR PORTFOLIO MANAGER—FIXED INCOME Markus Peters joined AllianceBernstein in 2014 as a Senior Portfolio Manager for Fixed Income. In his client-facing role, he represents the market views and investment strategies of the firm’s Fixed Income portfolio-management team. Peters previously served in a similar role on the fixed-income team at M&G Investments. He holds an MA in communications, psychology and sociology from RWTH Aachen University and an MSc in politics and government in the European Union from the London School of Economics. Location: London SAMMY SUZUKI, CFA PORTFOLIO MANAGER—EMERGING MARKETS STRATEGIC CORE EQUITIES Sammy Suzuki was named Portfolio Manager of Emerging Markets Strategic Core Equities in 2013. He previously served as director of research for Emerging Markets Value Equities (from 2008 to early 2015), as well as director of Fundamental Value Research and director of research for Canadian Value Equities. Prior to that, Suzuki was a senior research analyst covering the global automotive industry. He has also covered the capital equipment and technology industries, and has served as leader of the global commodities team. Prior to joining the firm in 1994 as a research associate, Suzuki was a consultant at Bain & Company. He holds a BS in materials science and engineering and a BS in finance from the University of Pennsylvania. Suzuki is a CFA charterholder. Location: New York NICHOLAS DAVIDSON SENIOR PORTFOLIO MANAGER—EQUITIES Nicholas Davidson joined AllianceBernstein in 2005 as a Senior Portfolio Manager. He is a member of the UK and European Value Investment Policy Groups and comanages the Global Equity Income Portfolio. Davidson was previously a consultant with McKinsey & Company, serving clients in the telecommunications and media industries and in the public sector. Prior to that, he worked as a civil servant on trade and telecommunications policy in the UK’s Department of Trade & Industry and in the British Embassy in Washington, DC. Davidson holds an MA in history from the University of Oxford and an MBA from Georgetown University. Location: London
