Un emplacement camping/caravaning
La réservation comprend l’emplacement, le véhicule,
la tente, la caravane ou le camping-car et l’accès aux
infrastructures du centre. Nous tiendrons compte de
vos demandes particulières dans la mesure des places
disponibles.
Les hébergements locatifs
Ils sont équipés : vaisselle - alèzes - couettes ou
couvertures - oreillers - traversins - taies - eau électricité - gaz. La location des draps est à régler
en sus. Une caution de 150 € vous sera demandée à
la remise des clés.
Nos prix comprennent :
• l’accès à la plage surveillée (de fin juin à début
septembre 2016) • le pot d’accueil en juillet-août ;

Comment réserver :
Se rendre sur notre site www.arna.com ou remplir
le contrat de réservation ci-joint et nous le retourner
accompagné d’un acompte de 25 % du montant total
du séjour + 30 € frais de réservation.
Le paiement des acomptes peut se faire au moyen de :
• Un chèque bancaire ou des chèques vacances.
• Une carte bancaire : indiquer le numéro de carte,
la date d’expiration ainsi que le cryptogramme (les 3
chiffres inscrits au dos de votre carte) sur le contrat
de réservation.
Pensez à prendre votre assurance annulation :
1% du montant du séjour, minimum 8€.

Each booking includes the pitch, vehicule, tent, caravan
or camper van and access to the facilities. We try to
accomodate your special requests when possible.
Accommodation rental
Accomodation is fully equipped (crockery - under
sheet - blankets - pillows + case - bolster + case, water
- electricity - gaz included). Bed linen rental with extra
charge. A deposit of € 150 will be requested upon arrival.

How to book:
Go to our website www.arna.com or fill out the attached
booking form and return it with a payment of 25% of the
total amount + €30 reservation fee.
The first payment can be made by :
• Bank transfer.
• Credit card (Please indicate your card number, expiry
date & card verification code: the 3 digits at the back
of the card).
Don’t forget to take a cancellation insurance:

Conditions générales de vente
Règlement intérieur
Tout client est tenu de se conformer au règlement intérieur du Centre.
Nous nous réservons le droit de refuser ou d’exclure toute personne
dont le comportement serait en désaccord avec les critères naturistes.
Notre centre est à vocation familiale. Les clients désirant séjourner
dans notre établissement pour la première fois, devront, pour être
admis, être parrainés par une famille séjournant dans le centre depuis
au moins 3 ans.
- Opter une intégrale nudité : dans le centre et sur la plage, à moins
que les conditions climatiques ou physiologiques ne s’y opposent.
- Circulation : à l’intérieur du Domaine, partageons la route (véhicules
motorisés vélos et piétons). Vitesse limitée à 10 km/h. Circulation
interdite dans le domaine entre 23h et 7h. (parking a l’entrée)
- Bruit/tenue : éviter tout bruit qui pourrait gêner les voisins à partir
de 22h (moteur, télévision, radio...). Silence total entre 23h et 7h.
- Animaux : un seul animal de petite taille est accepté par location,
le déclarer au moment de la réservation moyennant un supplément
de frais. Il doit être tenu en laisse. Vous devrez présenter le carnet de
vaccination de votre animal domestique. La vaccination anti-rabique
et le tatouage sont obligatoires.
- Délai de rétractation : en vertu de l’article L.121-20-4 du code de la
consommation, l’ensemble des services et prestations proposé sur le
Centre, n’est pas soumis au droit de rétractation. En conséquence,
les prestations de services commandées sont exclusivement soumises
aux conditions d’annulation ci-jointes.
TVA
Tous les prix en camping et location figurant dans le présent catalogue
sont TTC. La TVA appliquée est celle en vigueur actuellement à la date
d’édition du présent catalogue au taux de 10%. En conséquence, toute
modification de ce taux entre la date de réservation et la date du séjour,
entrainera la modification des prix de camping et location TTC.
Annulation
Toute réservation non soldée conformément aux conditions générales
de vente sera annulée. Dans tous les cas d’annulation, si vous annulez
plus de 16 jours avant la date prévue de votre arrivée, il vous sera
retenu les frais de dossier ainsi qu’un montant égal à 25% du coût
intégral du séjour. Si vous annulez moins de 16 jours avant la date
prévue de votre arrivée ou si vous ne vous présentez pas à cette date,
le montant total de votre séjour vous sera demandé. En cas
d’annulation incombant à la société gestionnaire du Centre, sauf cas
de force majeure, le client obtiendra le remboursement de toutes les
sommes versées.
Garantie Annulation
Le montant est de 1% du montant du séjour, minimum 8€
par emplacement ou hébergement réservé payable intégralement
et uniquement lors de la réservation. Sous réserve des obligations
contractuelles, cette garantie permet d’obtenir le remboursement
des sommes versées en cas d’annulation pour les causes suivantes :
- Maladie grave, décès, accident corporel grave de vous-même,
de votre conjoint, vos ascendants, descendants, frères et sœurs.
- Dommage atteignant votre résidence principale suite à un incendie,
dégât des eaux,vol, vandalisme, catastrophe naturelle ou vos locaux
professionnels détruits à plus de 50%.
Pour être recevable, l’annulation doit être notifiée par écrit,
accompagnée des justificatifs, au plus tard 3 jours après les évènements
entraînant l’annulation.
La garantie annulation n’est pas une garantie « interruption de séjour»
et n’assure aucun remboursement du séjour en cas d’arrivée retardée
ou de départ anticipé quelle qu’en soit la cause.
Assurance
Il appartient au client de s’assurer. Le Centre décline toute
responsabilité en cas de vol, incendie, intempéries et en cas d’incidents
relevant de la responsabilité civile du client. Le client dégage la
responsabilité du domaine en cas de dégâts dus aux chutes de
branches, pommes de pins, intempéries, catastrophes naturelles,
vol par effraction et bris de glace.
Internal rules
All customers must comply with the internal rules of our Centre.
We reserve the right to refuse or exclude any person whose behaviour
is against naturist criteria.
Our center is for families. In order to be admitted new clients who
want to come to our domain for the first time should be sponsored
by a family staying in the center for at least 3 years.
- Total Nudity In the campsite except in case of weather conditions and
in the case of physical limits.
- Movement of Vehicles: On the site, share the road (motorised vehicles
bicycles, pedestrians). Speed limits 10 km/h. Movement not allowed
on the site between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. (parking at the entrance).
- Noise: Avoid all noises which could annoy your neighbours from
10 p.m. (motors, television, radio...) Complete silence between 11 p.m.
and 7 a.m.
- Animals: We accept one small animal in our accommodations.
You have to declare it when you reserve and we will charge a
supplement for it. The animal must be kept on a leash permanently.
You must present the vaccination record of your animal. Rabies
vaccination and tattoos are compulsory.
- Cooling-off period: in accordance with article L.121-20-4 of the
French Consumer Code, none of the services and provisions proposed
on this site are subject to the cooling-off period stipulated in articles
L.121-20 and following of the French Consumer Code. Consequently,
the accommodation and leisure services ordered on the site are
exclusively subject to the cancellation conditions attached.”
V.A.T.
All prices for camping and accommodation in this document include
all taxes. The VAT applied at the date of publication of this document
is 10%. Any change in this rate between the date of reservation and
the dates of your stay will result in price changes, all taxes included,
of the camping pitches and accommodation.
Annulations
Bookings that are not paid in accordance with the general terms will
be canceled and the contractual costs will be withheld. In the event of
cancellation the following costs will be withheld or made accountable:
booking fees + an amount equal to 25% of the total amount of stay if
cancelled more than 16 days before the booked date of arrival.
The entire costs of stay if the cancellation is made within 16 days on
the booked date of arrival or in the event of no show. If the cancellation
is made by the management for reasons of its own. unless due to
situations outside their control, there will be a full refund of all
advanced sums.
Cancellation guarantee
An amount from 1% from the total fee, minimum €8 per booked pitch
or booked accommodation and payable by reservation only enables you
to obtain the refunding of the sums paid in the event of cancellation in
consequence of one of the following causes:
- Serious illness, death, serious accident with physical injuries of
yourself, your partner, your parents, your children, brothers and
sisters.
- Serious damage to your main residence as a consequence of fire,
theft or vandalism, storm or natural disaster or your professional
offices destroyed more than 50 procent.
The cancellation must be notified in writing with the required
documents no later than 3 days after the cause of the cancellation.
The cancellation guarantee is not a guarantee «interruption of stay»
and insures no refund of costs in case of delayed arrival or early
departure whatever the cause.
Insurance
It is the client’s responsibility to take out insurance. The centre
declines all responsibility in case of theft, fire, weather conditions, etc.
and in cases of incidents covered by the civil liability of the client.
The client releases the centre of all responsibility for damage caused by
falling branches, pine cones, weather, natural disasters, theft, broken
windscreens, etc.
