Martin Greßlin advices companies and executives in all issues of employment law in and out of court.
His practice particularly covers the implementation and termination of employment and service contracts
also as advice on data protection, works council and collective bargaining topics in the day-to-day
business of companies. Further focus of his practice is the employment law support for outsourcings,
restructurings, mass dismissals and company transactions also as in the field of company pension
schemes.
Martin Greßlin has published several articles on employment matters and is a frequent speaker on
employment topics. He is lecturer at the Steinbeis-University Berlin.
