Eine Spezialaufgabe war die lichttechnische Entwicklung einer LED-basierenden Operationsleuchte für
Trumpf Medizin Systeme GmbH.
Die lichttechnische Gesamtkonzeption, wie auch die Detailentwicklung der lichttechnischen Komponenten erfolgte
im Bartenbach LichtLabor.
The development of an LED based operating
theatre light for the Trumpf Medizin Systeme GmbH presented a special challenge.
Bartenbach LichtLabor conducted the entire development
from the overall photometric concept through to the
development of the lighting components.
Die Leuchte erlaubt die Variation der Lichtfarbe im Operationsfeld. Ob der Chirurg in schwach oder stark durchbluteten Gewebebereichen operiert – er kann Kontraste
durch Veränderung der Farbtemperatur
optimal sichtbar machen. Die Farbwiedergabe ist dabei
stets sehr gut.
Die Multilinsen-Matrix mit bis zu 160.000 lx erlaubt die
schattenfreie Ausleuchtung des Operationsfeldes bei
tiefen Operationswunden – auch wenn sich der Kopf der
Chirurgin direkt unter der Leuchte befindet.
Da die LED kein Licht im Infrarotbereich abstrahlt, entsteht
für den Operateur auch direkt unter
der Leuchte keine Wärmebelastung – er behält einen
»kühlen Kopf«.
Die iLED erfüllt höchste Qualitätsansprüche und
ist mittlerweile die weltweit meistverkaufte
LED-Operationsleuchte.
This luminaire enables the surgeon to vary the light colour
for the target area. Regardless of whether
the surgeon is working on tissue with much or with little
blood, he can make the contrasts more apparent by
changing the colour temperature. Colour
rendering remains excellent for all colour settings.
The multi lens matrix provides for shadow free lighting of
the target area with up to 160,000 lx even when the head
of the surgeon happens to be right above the patient or
in case of very deep surgical wounds. Since LEDs do not
emit light in the infrared range there is no noticeable heat
build-up directly under the luminaire – thus the surgeon
will always keep a “cool head”.
The iLED meets the most stringent quality demands and by
now it is the top-selling LED based operating theatre light
worldwide.

In einer Studie im Auftrag der BMW Group wurden im
Bartenbach LichtLabor neue Konzepte für eine
zukünftige Fahrzeuginnenraumbeleuchtung
erarbeitet. Eine genaue Abstimmung der räumlichen
Leuchtdichten sowie der LED-Lichtfarben im
Zusammenwirken mit den Materialoberflächen der verschiedenen Ausstattungen war wesentlicher
Teil der Studie.

Bartenbach LichtLabor carried out a study for the BMW
Group in order to find new concepts for future automobile interior lighting. Precise tuning of the luminance
values in the interior and the coactions
of LED light colours and the surface characteristics of
materials was an important part of the study.
