Granby Tower will have a height of 150 meters/Contract volume of more than
EUR 130 million ($180 Million)
HOCHTIEF‘s subsidiary Turner has been selected to serve as the general con-tractor for the
Granby Tower in Norfolk, Virginia. The 150-meter tower will be the highest building in the
region and feature condominiums, offices and shops on almost 93,000 square meters. The
client is the Marathon Development Group. The Granby Tower, with a project volume of
more than EUR 130 million ($180 Million), is scheduled for completion in November 2009.
