Dominic Paul
Dominic’s career spans national and international executive and board level posts within British Airways, Go Fly, easyJet and bmi.
An Economics graduate of London University, he began his career with British Airways. Dominic went on to be part of the start-up team that grew and
sold Go Fly Ltd to easyJet after having completed a management buyout. Since joining bmi in 2007, he rose to become Managing Director and then
Chief Operating Officer.
Dominic joined Royal Caribbean Cruises Lines in August 2010 as Vice President & Group Managing Director for the UK & Ireland market and in
February 2012 was promoted to Vice President Europe, Middle East & Africa and led the expansion plans for Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity
Cruises and Azamara Club Cruises in those markets.
In May 2014, Dominic was promoted to Senior Vice President, International, adding the Asia Pacific and LACAR regions to his global remit. He also
holds the position of Managing Director, RCL Cruises Limited.
