Location Map & Directions to the Apartments at Oberstrasse:
If you arrive by car:
From the north:
Take exit Stellingen and head towards the city centre, then turn into Kieler Straße. Drive for about 4 km and then turn left into
Eimsbüttler Marktplatz. Follow the road for about 5 km and turn left at Dammtor Railway Station behind the Shell petrol kiosk.
Drive up Mittelweg, pass the NDR building and turn left into Oberstrasse.
From the south:
Travel the autobahn A1 until the Hamburg-Süd autobahn junction; there take autobahn A255 to city centre. Drive the road to
Hamburg Central Station (Hauptbahnhof), then follow the directions to CCH/Dammtor Railway Station and at Stephansplatz turn
right into Dammtordamm.Follow the road and cross the junction into Mittelweg. Drive up Mittelweg and then turn left into
Oberstrasse after you have passed the NDR building.
From the east:
At the autobahn junction Hamburg-Ost follow the road to Jenfeld and drive all the way to Horner Kreisel. There turn right into
Sievekingsallee, then into Bürgerweide (keep right) and then turn right again into Wallstraße. At the major junction go straight
across and proceed into the street called Sechslingspforte, then drive all the way up to Dammtor Railway Station leaving the river
Alster to your left. In front of the Shell petrol kiosk turn into Mittelweg and follow the road until you see the NDR building behind
which you turn left into Oberstrasse.
If you arrive by plane:
From Fuhlsbüttel Airport to Oberhouse Apartments at Oberstrasse:
By taxi:
The taxi ride is about 8 km long and takes approximately 20 minutes. The trip costs about € 16,- to € 20,-.
Public transport:
From Fuhlsbüttel airport there is a shuttle bus service going to Hamburg Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) at Kirchenallee. From
there take bus service 109 to Sophienterrasse. The apartment house is located directly opposite the bus stop.
Public transport ticket:
The shuttle bus service from the airport to Hamburg Central Station is € 5,00 per person. If you want to go to Hamburg Central
Station from the apartment house, get a single-trip ticket at € 1,65.
If you arrive by train:
From Hamburg Dammtor Railway Station to Oberhouse Apartments:
By taxi:
The trip is about 3 km long and takes about 5-8 minutes. Taking a taxi costs approximately € 5,00.
Public transport:
From Dammtor Railway Station, walk towards Mittelweg where there is a bus stop. Take bus service 109 to Alsterdorf and alight at
Sophienterrasse. The apartment house is located directly opposite the bus stop.
Public transport ticket:
You can purchase a short-trip ticket at € 1,30 per person directly with the bus driver.
