GFT GLOBAL MARKETS UK LIMITED: EXECUTION POLICY
(„Anwalt“) zum Anwalt des Kunden in Verbindung mit dem Konto vorbehaltlich der Bedingungen des Kontos und überträgt
diesem die uneingeschränkte Vollmacht, jedwede der folgenden Tätigkeiten im Auftrag und Namen des Kunden
durchzuführen:
(the "Attorney") to be the Client's attorney in connection with the Account, subject to the terms and conditions of the
Account, with full power to do any one or more of the following on the Client's behalf and in its name:
1.
Devisen kreditfinanziert oder anderweitig für das Konto und auf Risiko des Kunden kaufen und verkaufen
(einschließlich Leerverkäufe) (im Folgenden „relevante Tätigkeiten“);
purchase and sell (including short sales) foreign currencies on margin or otherwise for the Account and the Client's
risk (the "Relevant Activities");
2.
alle Dokumente, die der Anwalt nach freiem Ermessen in Verbindung mit den relevanten Tätigkeiten für
notwendig oder wünschenswert erachtet, einschließlich in Bezug auf die vom Kunden im Zusammenhang mit den
relevanten Tätigkeiten zu bezahlenden betreffenden Gebühren und Kosten, der Form und dem Inhalt nach
abzustimmen, diese Dokumente zu genehmigen, zu unterzeichnen, auszufertigen und (als Urkunde oder
anderweitig) zu übergeben; und
agree the form and content of, approve, sign, execute and deliver (as a deed or otherwise) all documents that the
Attorney may, in his absolute discretion, consider necessary or desirable in connection with the Relevant Activities,
including in relation to relevant fees and charges payable by the Client in connection with Relevant Activities; and
3.
alle Handlungen vorzunehmen und Maßnahmen zu ergreifen (einschließlich der Änderung von Dokumenten, die
in Verbindung mit den relevanten Tätigkeiten ausgefertigt werden), die der Anwalt nach freiem Ermessen zur
Erfüllung der in dieser Vollmacht aufgeführten Zwecke für notwendig oder wünschenswert erachtet.
take all actions and do all things (including amending any documents executed in connection with the Relevant
Activities) that the Attorney may, in his absolute discretion, consider necessary or desirable for the accomplishment
of any of the purposes enumerated in this Power of Attorney.

Ratification
Der Kunde erklärt sich einverstanden, alles vom Anwalt im Rahmen dieser Vollmacht rechtmäßig Durchgeführte oder
rechtmäßig Bewirkte zu ratifizieren und zu bestätigen.
The Client agrees to ratify and confirm everything lawfully done or lawfully caused to be done by the Attorney under this
Power of Attorney.
Gültigkeit / Validity
Der Kunde erklärt, dass eine Person, die mit dem Anwalt in gutem Glauben zu tun hat, eine vom Anwalt unterzeichnete
schriftliche Erklärung dahingehend, dass diese Vollmacht nicht widerrufen wurde, als schlüssigen Beweis dieser Tatsache
annehmen kann.
The Client declares that a person who deals with the Attorney in good faith may accept a written statement signed by that
Attorney to the effect that this power of attorney has not been revoked as conclusive evidence of that fact.

Widerrufbarkeit / Revocability
=Diese Vollmacht bleibt solange gültig, bis sie durch schriftliche Mitteilung des Kunden an den Anwalt, mit Kopie an GFT
Global Markets, widerrufen wurde.
This Power of Attorney shall remain in effect until revoked by written notice from the Client to the Attorney and copied to
GFT Global Markets.
Anwendbares Recht / Governing Law
Diese Vollmacht unterliegt englischem Recht und wird dementsprechend ausgelegt. Der Kunde verpflichtet sich
unwiderruflich, sich der nichtausschließlichen Zuständigkeit der Gerichte Englands zu unterwerfen.
This Power of Attorney is governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, English law and Client irrevocably agrees
to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
ZU URKUND DESSEN wurde diese Vollmacht als Urkunde zu dem eingangs geschriebenen Datum ausgefertigt.
