Das technische Hilfswerk und das deutsche Ministerium für Inneres Vertrauen auf EMPL
Seit über 10 Jahren zählt das Deutsche Bundesministerium für Inneres zu treuen Kunden der
Firma EMPL Germany.
Nachfolgend einige Fahrzeugtypen, die erst kürzlich den einzelnen Organisationen übergeben
wurden:
„Führungs- und Kommunikationskraftwagen“ (FüKom) mit Hightech Ausstattung für
das THW und die Feuerwehr Hamburg
LKW: MAN TGL 12.210 4x2 BB
Es handelt sich um isolierte Kofferaufbauten, die in einen Geräte- und Betriebsraum unterteilt
sind. Der Betriebsraum dient dem Funk- und Fernmeldepersonal als Arbeitsplatz und ist mit
modernsten Kommunikationsgeräten ausgestattet.
Anbauteile am Aufbau wie z.B. Lichtmast, zusätzliche Batterieanlage, Klimaanlage und
Wetterschutz an den Türen vervollständigen diesen Fahrzeugtyp.
Mehrzweckkraftwagen (MzKw's) für das THW
LKW: MAN LE 18.280 4x4 BB
Der allradbetriebene MzKw, ausgeführt als Pritsche mit Plane und Ladebordwand (Tragkraft
2.000 kg), ist geländegängig und universell einsetzbar. Er dient sowohl zum Transport der
THW-Einsatzkräfte als auch der Ausstattung der Bergungsgruppen.
LKW LbW für das THW (7-Tonner)
Es handelt sich um eine Pritsche mit absenkbarer Plane und Ladebordwand (Tragkraft 2.000
kg).
Dekontaminationslastkraftwagen Personen 2 (Dekon-LKW P) für das Bundesamt
„Bevölkerungsschutz und Katastrophenhilfe“
LKW:
MAN TGM 18.280 4x4 BB
Die Pritschen-Aufbauten mit Plane und Ladebordwand (Tragkraft: 1.500 kg), dienen dem
Transport von speziellem Geräten, mit denen nach einem Unfall mit gefährlichen Stoffen
Einsatzkräfte oder betroffene Menschen entgiftet und gereinigt werden können.
Der "Dekontaminationslastkraftwagen Personen 2" führt Personal und Ausstattung zur
Dekontamination und der hygienischen Reinigung der Einsatzkräfte sowohl im autarken
Einsatz als auch bei der Nutzung des öffentlichen Wasser- und Stromnetzes mit.

The German Federal Agency for Technical Relief (THW – Technisches Hilfswerk)
and the German Ministry of Interior rely on EMPL.
EMPL is proud to name the German Ministry of Interior as one of its faithful customers for
more than 10 years.
Below some of the specialist vehicle types – which where handed over to several local
organisations of the THW within the last 3 years – are listed:
“Command and Communication Vehicles” (FüKom) with high tech equipment,
designed for the THW and the Fire Fighting Brigade of Hamburg
Truck Chassis:
MAN TGL 12.210 4x2 BB
An isolated sandwich box body, split into storage compartment and operation compartment,
serves as mobile communication post and is equipped with diverse radio technology.
Additional features like light mast, auxiliary battery set, A/C unit and weather protected access
doors complete the diversity and the practical value of this vehicle.
“Multi Purpose Vehicles” (MzKW) supporting the disaster management of the THW
Truck Chassis:
MAN LE 18.280 4x4 BB / MAN TGM 18.290 4x4 BB
The all wheel drive vehicle, equipped with a cargo body incl. tarpaulin and hydraulic tail gate (2 to
capacity) supports transport of crew and equipment.
Cargo trucks with hydraulic tailgate (“7-Tonner”)
Similar to the MzKW, these trucks come with a cargo body incl. tarpaulin and hydraulic tail gate (2
to capacity)
Decontamination Vehicles (“Dekon-LKW P”) for the German Federal Office of Civil
Protection and Disaster Assistance (BBK)
Truck Chassis:

These cargo trucks with tarpaulin and hydraulic tailgate (1,5 to capacity) are designed to
transport crew & decontamination equipment to their operating destinations to support victims or
other field help crews after accidents where dangerous goods are involved
