Avvertenze
Usi in materia di turismo
La prenotazione avviene sempre per iscritto e viene confermata per iscritto. L’albergatore può chiedere
una caparra e anticipo di pagamento. Al cliente che rinuncia al soggiorno che ha prenotato in albergo,
oppure lascia l’albergo prima del termine convenuto, è consentito, in via di transazione, che indennizzi
l’albergatore del danno subito pagandogli la somma inferiore fra il costo del pernottamento per numero
di giorni tre e il costo concordato al momento della stipula del contratto d’albergo moltiplicato per tre.
Quando si presenti il cliente cui è stata regolarmente assegnata una camera e la trova occupata o trova
che la camera non ha le caratteristiche convenute, lo stesso cliente o l’albergatore procureranno altra
sistemazione ritenuta accettabile dal cliente medesimo presso un albergo di uguale categoria o, in mancanza di questa, in esercizio di categoria superiore. L’eventuale differenza di prezzo è a carico
dell’albergatore. Lo stesso avviene quando il cliente trovi che l’albergo non risponda alle caratteristiche
descritte.
Se il cliente entro le ore 24 del giorno prenotato non occupa la propria camera o non dà conferma,
l’albergatore è sciolto da ogni impegno di prenotazione, salvi gli effetti della caparra e anticipo eventualmente versata. Nelle prenotazioni a termine il cliente è tenuto a lasciare la camera entro le ore 10 del
giorno successivo all’ultimo giorno compreso nella prenotazione; il giorno della partenza, ovviamente,
non viene computato nel prezzo. Il pagamento avviene su presentazione di nota, al termine del periodo
di soggiorno.
Il prezzo di pensione completa viene praticato per un soggiorno che raggiunga il minimo di 3 giorni continui di permanenza in albergo e non comprende bevande e servizi spiaggia.
Esercizi Alberghieri:
Per ogni esercizio alberghiero sono indicate:
1. nella 1ª colonna il riferimento all’ubicazione sulla piantina;
2. nella 2ª colonna:
a. denominazione dell’esercizio, categoria assegnata dal Comune territorialmente competente, numero
delle camere/unità abitative e dei letti, numero complessivo dei bagni preceduto da una B;
b. indirizzo, numero di telefono e fax;
c. sito internet;
d. segni convenzionali dell’attrezzatura e dei servizi
3. nella 3ª colonna sono indicati i prezzi massimi del pernottamento in camera singola con bagno in Alta
e Bassa Stagione.
4. nella 4ª colonna sono indicati i prezzi massimi del pernottamento in camera doppia con bagno.
5. nella 5ª colonna sono indicati i prezzi massimi del pernottamento in unità abitativa a 2 posti letto.
6. nella 6ª colonna sono indicati i prezzi massimi del pernottamento in unità abitativa a 3 posti letto.
7. nella 7ª colonna sono indicati i prezzi di pensione completa - per giorno e per persona - che si applicano in genere per un soggiorno non inferiore a 3 giorni nelle Basse e nelle Alte Stagioni. Tali prezzi non
comprendono le bevande ed i servizi di spiaggia.
Nei casi in cui siano indicate due serie di prezzi la prima serie si applica nel periodo di Bassa Stagione e la
seconda in quello di Alta Stagione: Es. e 85,00 Bassa Stagione e 105,00 Alta Stagione
Periodi di Alta Stagione nelle località del mare: 21 giugno/ 31 agosto; periodo natalizio e pasquale. Le
tariffe potranno subire variazioni a partire dal 1° giugno 2015 per effetto della denuncia suppletiva
di cui all’art. 32, comma 1, della L.R. Emilia-Romagna 28.7.2004, n. 16.

Gebräuche in Tourismusthema
Buchung und Bestätigung müssen immer schriftlich erfolgen sowie zurückbestätigt werden.
Der Hotelier hat die Fähigkeit eine Anzahlung bzw. einen Vorschuss zu verlange n.
Falls der Gast die Reservierung storniert oder vor der abgemachten Zeit abreist, kann der Hotelier
als Schadenersatz Stornogebühren verlangen, welche dem sich ergebenden Mindestpreis zwischen
dem 3-tägigen Übernachtungspreis und dem bei der Buchung vertraglich vereinbarten 3-tägigen
Preis entsprechen.
Falls bei Ankunft der Gäste das Zimmer den abgemachten Bedingungen nicht entspricht, oder
dieses bereits von Dritten belegt ist, kann der Gast vom Hotelier eine Alternativunterbringung in
einem gleichwertigen Hotel oder sogar in einem Hotel der höheren Kategorie verlangen.
Etwaige Differenzbeträge gehen zu Lasten des Hoteliers. Das Gleiche geschieht, wenn das Hotel
den beschriebenen Eigenschaften nicht entspricht.
Wenn der Gast das bestellte Zimmer nicht innerhalb 24 Uhr des vereinbarten Ankunftstags
bezieht und auch keine Nachricht diesbezüglich gibt, kann der Hotelier erneut über das Zimmer
verfügen, vorbehältlich der Wirkungen der ggf. bezahlten Anzahlung bzw. desVorschusses.
Bei Buchungen, bei denen der Abreisetag festgelegt ist, ist der Gast verpflichtet, das Zimmer bis
10 Uhr des letztgebuchten Tages zu verlassen; der Abreisetag wird dann selbstverständlich nicht
berechnet.
Die Bezahlung erfolgt bei Vorlage der Rechnung am Ende des Aufenthaltes.
Der Vollpensionpreis gilt ausschließlich bei einer Mindestaufenthaltsdauer von drei Tagen, ohne
Getränke und Strandgebühren.
Hotelbetriebe
Folgende Angaben gelten für jeden Hotelbetrieb:
1. In der ersten Spalte finden Sie die Lagenummer auf dem Stadtplan
2. In der 2. Spalte:
a. Name des Hotels; die dem Hotel von der Stadtverwaltung zuerkannte Kategorie; Anzahl der
Zimmer/Wohneinheiten und Betten; Anzahl der Bäder oder Duschen (vorangestelltes B);
b. Adresse, Telefon- und Faxnummer;
c. Web Site;
d. Übliche Zeichen für vorhandene Einrichtungen und Dienst- leistungen;
3. In der 3. Spalte finden Sie die Höchstpreise für Einzelzimmer mit Bad/WC.
4. In der 4. Spalte finden Sie die Höchstpreise für Doppelzimmer mit Bad/WC.
5. In der 5. Spalte finden Sie die Höchstpreise für Wohneinheiten mit 2 Schlafplätzen.
6. In der 6. Spalte finden Sie die Höchstpreise für Wohneinheiten mit 3 Schlafplätzen.
7. In der 7. Spalte finden Sie Vollpensionspreise (Pro Person und Tag) normalerweise gültig bei
einem Aufenthalte von mindestens 3 Tagen. Getränke und sonstige Extras (Strandgebühr) sind
ausgeschlossen.
In den Fällen, in denen zwei Preise angegeben wurden, ist folgendes zu verstehen: der Erste gilt für
die Nebensaison; während der Zweite für die Hochsaison gilt, wie es aus dem Beispiel hervorgeht:
e 85,00 Nebensaison e 105,00 Hauptsaison
Hochsaison der Badeorte am Meer: 21. Juni - 31. August; Weihnachten - Neujahr - Ostern. Die
Preise können sich ab 1. Juni 2015 aufgrund einer nach dem Gesetz L.R. Emilia-Romagna
28.7.2004, n. 16, Absatz 32, Komma 1, möglichen Zusatzdeklaration ändern.

Avis
Habitude en matière de tourisme
La réservation et la confirmation doivent être faites par écrit. L’hôtelier peut demander des arrhes et un
paiement anticipé.
Si le client annulle sa réservation ou s’il quitte l’Hôtel avant la date établie, la direction peut exercer son
droit de réclamer un dédommagement équivalent au montant inférieur entre le coût de trois nuits et le
coût fixé lors de la passation du contrat d’hôtel multiplié par trois.
Si l’Hôtelier ne respecte pas la réservation, le client peut exiger qu’il lui procure une chambre de la même
catégorie ou d’une catégorie supérieure; une éventuelle différence de prix sera payée par l’Hôtelier. La
même chose arrive quand le client ne trouve pas que l’hôtel soit de la catégorie fixé.
Au cas où le client n’occuperait pas sa chambre ou ne la confirmerait pas avant 24 heures du jour réservé,
l’hôtelier est dégagé de tout engagement de réservation, à l’exclusion des arrhes et de l’avance éventuellement versées.
Le client doit quitter la chambre avant 10 heures du dernier jour compris dans la réservation : évidemment, le jour du départ n’est pas calculé dans le prix.
Le paiement se fait sur présentation de reçu/facture à la fin du séjour.
Le prix de la pension complète est accordé pour un séjour minimal de trois jours fixés, sans boissons et
frais de plage.
Etablissements Hôteliers
Pour chaque hôtel sont indiqués:
1. dans la 1ère colonne numéro de référence sur le plan de ville;
2. dans la 2ème colonne figurent:
a. nom de l’établissement; catégorie de l’hôtel établie par la municipalité; nombre de chambres/
appartements et de lits; nombre de salles de bain (précédé par B);
b. adresse, numéro de téléphone et fax;
c. site internet;
d. signes conventionnels concernant l’équipement et le service;
3. Dans la 3ème colonne figurent les prix maximum des chambres à 1 lit avec salle de bain/WC pour la
Basse ou Haute saison.
4. Dans la 4ème colonne figurent les prix maximum des chambres à 2 lits avec salle de bain/WC pour la
Basse ou Haute saison.
5. Dans la 5ème colonne figurent les prix maximum des appartements à 2 lits pour la Basse ou Haute
saison.
6. Dans la 6ème colonne figurent les prix maximum des appartements à 3 lits pour la Basse ou Haute
saison.
7. Dans la 7ème colonne sont indiqués les prix de pension complète par personne/jour applicables, en
général, pour un séjour non inférieur à 3 jours. Les boissons et les services de plage sont exclus.
Au cas où deux listes de prix ont été indiquées, la première liste s’applique aux périodes de Basse Saison,
tandis que la deuxième aux périodes de Haute Saison:
Ex. e 85,00 Basse Saison e 105,00 Haute Saison
Haute Saison des localités balnéaires: 21 juin - 31 août; Noël - Nouvel An - Pâques. Les prix peuvent
être variés à partir du 1° juin 2015 à la suite de la déclaration supplémentaire (L.R. Emilia-Romagna
28/7/2004, n. 16, art. 32, alinéa 1).

Information
Customs on tourism matter
Hotel booking should be made in writing and is confirmed in writing. The hotelkeeper may ask for the
payment of a deposit and a down payment.
If a client cancels his reservation or if he checks out before the agreed departure, the management of the
hotel may be entitled to claim a reimbursement equal to the lower amount between the cost of a threeday stay and the cost agreed in the booking agreement, multiplied by three.
If the hotelkeeper doesn’t respect the confirmed booking, he has to provide an accommodation of the
same or of a higher standard also in another hotel and pay the difference between the actual and the
original price. The same happens when the client finds that the hotel doesn’t correspond to the agreed
standard.
If the client doesn’t respect his booking within 12 p.m. and doesn’t inform the hotelkeeper, the latter may
let the room, but he is entitled to keep the deposit.
The client must leave the room within 10 a.m. on the day following the last booked day; of course, the
departure day is not charged.
The hotel bill should be paid at the end of the accommodation period.
Full board price is applied for a minimum accommodation of 3 continuative days, exc. drinks and beachcarges.
