basic scope of equipment will be
provided with the cutting tool for the
width of 200, 300 and 400 mm, other
widths can be ordered additionally.
Rollformer für Sidingpaneele
Computergesteuerte, vollautomatische, breitenverstellbare Profilieranlage für
Sidingpaneele von 200 - 400 mm Breite. Alle Profilabmessungen können zwischen
den Minimal- und Maximalwerten stufenlos eingestellt werden. Standardmäßig
werden Schneidwerkzeuge für die Breiten 200, 300 und 400 mm mitgeliefert,
andere Breiten können zusätzlich bestellt werden. Die Anlage setzt sich im
Wesentlichen zusammen aus Abcoileinheit mit Ladestuhl, Richtmaschine,
Ausklinkmaschine, Mikrolinierung, breitenverstellbarem Sidingformer, fliegende
Profilschere und Auslaufrollgang. Der Rollensatz ist hartverchromt ausgeführt.
