als zweiter Trainingsplatz einbezogen werden. Directly opposite to Harry’s Home. For example the Austrian U20 youth national team has already trained here. In addition it is possible to use the playing field of the sports club Pachern
as a second practice venue.

2. Stornobedingungen
2. Cancellation Terms
Bis 2 Monate vor Beginn des Camps / Beherbergung keine Stornogebühren. 60 bis 14 Tage vor Beginn des Camps 50 % der Beherbergung. Innerhalb 14 Tage vor Beginn des Camps 100 % der
Beherbergung. Werden Zimmer (bis 1 Woche vor Anreise) nicht benötigt, so akzeptiert Harry’s
Hotel Home GmbH eine Verminderung des Zimmerkontingentes bis max. 3 Zimmer ohne Berechnung.
Until 2 month before the beginning of the camp/hospitality no cancellation fees will apply 60 to 14 days before the beginning of the camp/
hospitality a cancellation fee of 50 % of the room rent will apply. Within 14 days before the beginning of the camp/hospitality a cancellation
fee of 100 % of the room rent and food costs will apply. If rooms are not needed at short notice, Harry’s Hotel Home GmbH accepts a
reduction of 3 rooms from the ordered room contingent.
3. Veranstaltungen, bei denen Speisen serviert werden
3. Meetings including served food
Wir bitten den Veranstalter, uns bis spätestens 3 Tage vor Veranstaltungsbeginn die fixe Teilnehmerzahl mitzuteilen. Verringert sich die Teilnehmerzahl, so müssen wir ab 2 – 1 Tag vor Veranstaltungsbeginn 50 %, am Tag der Veranstaltung 100 % für die bestellten Essen in Rechnung stellen.
Bei höherer Personenanzahl wird der tatsächliche Verbrauch verrechnet. Im Restaurant dürfen
keine eigens mitgebrachten Getränke aufgestellt werden. Meetings, were meals are served we asked to communicate
with us 3 days before the beginning of the meeting and tell us the fixed number of participants. If the number of participants is reduced, then
we have to charge 50 % for cancellations 2 – 1 day before the meeting and 100 % on the day of the meeting for the ordered meals. 4. Haftung

Der Veranstalter haftet für Beschädigungen, welche durch dessen Gäste, Mitarbeiter oder Beauftragte
verursacht werden. Gegebenenfalls wird das Hotel vom Veranstalter den Abschluss der geeigneten
Versicherung verlangen. Wertsachen, wie Maschinen, Laptops, Bilder, Bargeld, Ausstellungssachen,
usw. welche(s) von den Teilnehmern der Veranstaltung eingebracht werden/wird, unterliegen/
unterliegt keinesfalls der Haftung des Hotels. The organizer is responsible for damages, which are caused by their guests,
staff or people who work for the group. If necessary the hotel will require the conclusion of the suitable insurance of the organizer. No
responsibility is assumed for valuable articles like machines, laptops, pictures, cash, exhibitions things, etc which are brought along by the
participants.

5. Kündigung durch das Hotel
5. Cancellation by the hotel
Das Hotel ist berechtig, das Vertragsverhältnis jederzeit und ohne Angabe von Gründen zu beenden, wenn } die Veranstaltung den reibungslosen Geschäftsbetrieb gefährdet } der Ruf sowie die Sicherheit des Hauses gefährdet sind } vereinbarte Zahlungsbedingungen wie oben geschrieben nicht rechtzeitig im Hotel eintreffen } im Falle höherer Gewalt.
Der Veranstalter ist in einem solchen Fall keinesfalls zur Geltendmachung von Schadensersatzansprüchen berechtigt.
The hotel is entitled to terminate the contractual agreement at any time and without any indication of reasons if
} the event endangers the normal business of the hotel
} the image and security of the hotel is endangered
} the agreed payments (from above) have not been settled on time
} in case of acts of God
The organizer is not under any circumstances entitled to assert a claim for damages in such cases.
6. Musik
6. Music
Sollte der Veranstalter eine Veranstaltung mit Musik planen, so ist er verpflichtet, dem Hotel die
Details rechtzeitig bekannt zu geben. Die dafür notwendige Anmeldung bezüglich AKM und
Vergnügungssteuer hat rechtzeitig durch den Veranstalter zu erfolgen. Der Veranstalter verpflichtet
sich, dem Hotel die bestätigten Formulare bis spätestens 1 Woche vor Beginn der Veranstaltung
zukommen zu lassen. If the organizer should plan a meeting with music, then he is committed to inform the hotel of the details on time. The registration concerning AKM and entertainment tax, which is necessary for it, has to be finished on time via the organizer. The organizer is commited to give the hotel the confirmed forms until at the latest 1 week before beginning of the meeting.
7. Dekoration
7. Decoration
Der Veranstalter ist verpflichtet, dem Hotel das beabsichtigte Anbringen von Dekorationsmaterial
oder sonstigen Dekorationsgegenständen mitzuteilen und hiefür die Bewilligung des Hotels
einzuholen; die Installation bzw. das Anbringen muss von Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden
und es müssen weiters alle feuerpolizeilichen Bestimmungen eingehalten werden. Die Veranstaltungsräume dürfen nicht beschädigt werden. Sämtliche durch die Herstellung und den Abbau von
Dekorationsmaterial anfallenden Kosten gehen zulasten des Veranstalters. The organizer is obligated to
inform the hotel about the intended attachment of decoration material or other decoration articles and this has to be allowed by the hotel.
The installation and/or the attachment has to be accomplished by technical personnel and further all fire-police regulations have to be
kept. The meeting areas may not be damaged. All costs for the production and the dismantling of decoration material will be charged to the
organizer.

8. Rechnungslegung

Unsere angebotenen Preise verstehen sich inklusive Mwst und der Ortstaxe. Verrechnet wird
aufgrund der jeweils gültigen Preisliste. Werden vereinbarte Zahlungstermine überschritten, sind
Harry’s Hotel Home GmbH vom Auftraggeber sämtliche Mahn- und Inkassospesen sowie sonstige
durch die Betreibung der Forderung entstehende Kosten wie Gerichtsgebühren, Rechtsanwaltkosten u. ä. zu ersetzen. Für die Zeit des Zahlungsverzuges ist Harry’s Hotel Home GmbH berechtigt,
8 % Zinsen p.a. oder den tatsächlichen Finanzierungsaufwand von Harry’s Hotel Home GmbH
zu verrechnen. Our offered prices are inclusive VAT and the local tax. Room rates will be charged according to the valid price list. In
case of delayed payment all additional charges applied to the hotel have to be covered by the organizer. For periods of payment overdue,
banking interests will be charged with a minimum of 8 % per annum.
