Inhaber- und Geschäftsführungswechsel bei der mauritius images GmbH
Stefan Ploghaus hat zum 1.2.2015 die Bildagentur mauritius images GmbH in Mittenwald
übernommen. Der bisherige Inhaber und Geschäftsführer Hans-Jörg Zwez geht nach 44 Berufsjahren
in den Ruhestand. Über den Kaufpreis wurde Stillschweigen vereinbart.
Der 51-jährige Diplom-Kaufmann Stefan Ploghaus bringt jahrzehntelange Erfahrung in der
Medienbranche mit. Zuletzt fungierte er als Berater, unter anderem für mauritius images. Zuvor
arbeitete Stefan Ploghaus in Management- und Geschäftsführungspositionen bei internationalen
Medienunternehmen und Financial Services Providern, u.a. dpa Deutsche Presse-Agentur GmbH,
dpa-AFX GmbH, AFX News Ltd., DGAP mbH.

Hans-Jörg Zwez leitete die inhabergeführte mauritius images GmbH in zweiter Generation. Schon in

Bildagenturen in Europa aufbaute. Zur Nachfolgeregelung sagt Hans-Jörg Zwez: „Ich bin sehr

Change of Management and Ownership at mauritius images GmbH
As of 1st February 2015 Stefan Ploghaus has taken over picture agency mauritius images GmbH
Mittenwald, Germany for an undisclosed purchase price. The former owner and Managing Director
Hans-Jörg Zwez is retiring after 44 years.
51-year old business graduate Stefan Ploghaus brings decades of experience in the media industry.
Most recently, he served as a consultant, including advising for mauritius images. Previously, Stefan
Ploghaus worked in management and executive positions with international media companies and
financial services providers, including dpa Deutsche Presse-Agentur, dpa-AFX GmbH, AFX News Ltd
and DGAP mbH.
Stefan Ploghaus: „I am looking forward to taking on the challenge in a highly competitive market

Hans-Jörg Zwez led the owner-managed mauritius images GmbH in the second generation. From an
early age he joined the family business, which he grew into one of the leading picture agencies in
