Overnight stay at the dojo
There is the possibility to sleep at the „Drei-Kirschen-Halle“ in Moesbach-Achern,
approx. 6 km from the seminar hall. Limited capacity, therefore it should be notified early
enough! Please note at the registration form “overnight stay at the dojo” if desired. The fee for
this overnight stay has to be transferred by 31.05.2016 too.

The registration form (enclosed Excel sheet) has to be filled in completely.
Partially filled registrations will NOT be accepted.
Payment to the VAK account has to be made by 31 May 2016.
Dress code at the seminar:
Participants have to wear attire of white Dogi / Tobok or Hakama.
Jogging suits, T-shirts or similar is not allowed. Non-compliance of this rule will entail an exclusion of
the seminar. Reimbursement of the fees will not be made.
Dress code at the dinner:
business suit or combination and tie, ladies adequate clothing.
“Budo Special”:
Participants at „Budo Special“ must bring their own training weapons !
These training sessions will take place in a separate section without mats.
If necessary, please take with you some knee guards, etc.
Examination:
There will be the possibility to take an examination on Friday, 10 June 2016, at approx. 19 h.
Please send your separate registration for examinations to Wolfgang Wimmer until 01 May 2016.
NOTE: For DAN-examinations the written elaborations have to be submitted to the office
at least 2 months before examination date!
