Workshops led by Mr. Raymond Chalifoux, sommelier
For a sucessful visit to the “Vineyard” or the “Wine Show”
Interest in wine tasting is so well anchored in the heart of Quebec society that all major cities have their own annual wine show.
Furthermore, countless Quebecers plan a visit to the vineyard during their holidays or weekend getaways. Get advice from an expert and
make the most out of your next outing.
WE April 24th, 7:00 – 10:00 p.m.
Fee: $39
Teacher’s Top 10
Twice a year, the “wine teacher” draws up a list of the top ten best wines tasted in the last six months. Celebrity contenders must all be
red, cost less than $25 and be readily available. A remarkable wine tasting evening guaranteed.

Fee: $39
Better understand white wines
What better way to taste a series of selected white wines than according to a well orchestrated plan, under the supervision of a
knowledgeable coach. The absence of tannins allows for a better appreciation of the presence and influence of other elements of the
structure such as the acitidy, palate fullness and impact of alcohol. Once you get it, you’ll never forget!
