The Crimpless System® (TCS):
Invented and patented in 1988, the TCS system is as revolutionary as ever. Safe and simple, this attachment
method can increase filling productivity by 40%. It is also the most neutral of all attachments. With no rubber
gasket, it averts any risk of impairing the perfume. It has been developed on most of Rexam Dispensing
Systems’ pumps. It is also perfect for pre-assembled kit presentations, which simplify inventory and container
filling even more for standard GPI and FEA finishes.
Créé et breveté en 1988, le système TCS est toujours aussi révolutionnaire. Plus sûre et plus simple, cette fixation
accroît de 40% la productivité du conditionnement. Elle est aussi la plus neutre des systèmes de fixation. Sans
joint élastomère, elle écarte tout risque d’altération du jus. Cette fixation est déclinée sur la majorité des pompes
Rexam Dispensing Systems. Elle permet des présentations en kits pré-assemblés, ce qui allège les stocks et
simplifie encore le conditionnement sur des cols FEA et GPI standards.
SNAP’IN:
Proven attachment technology on the inside of glass necks. It opens the way to very low neck profiles that result
in even more elegant designs. It also makes easier the production of custom kits. Assembly is a simple snap-in,
a feature which considerably increases filling speeds and efficiency.

des designs toujours plus élégants. Elle facilite également la réalisation de kits personnalisés. La pose se fait par
simple encliquetage ce qui augmente considérablement les cadences de conditionnement.
SNAP’ON:
This attachment, known as “outside neck” ensures that every container is tamper-proof and air-tight. It is often
used for plastic on plastic attachments. The single material assembly facilitates recycling.
Cette fixation dite “extérieur col” garantit l’inviolabilité et l’étanchéité. Elle est souvent utilisée pour une fixation
plastique sur plastique. L’ensemble mono-matière facilite alors le recyclage.
Crimp On:
A constantly updated classic solution. Rexam Dispensing Systems has made many of improvements which
ensure even safer and sounder assembly. The latest innovation is the Crimp technique proposed by Rexam
Dispensing Systems in a version with no rubber gasket.

Screw On:
This reliable and easy-to-assemble technique is also more and more widely appreciated for its environmentfriendly virtues. The bottle is now refillable. The easy separation between pump and bottle also improves
recycling. The pump can be sleeved, decorated and provided with fashion collars.
Cette technique fiable et simple à poser, est aussi de plus en plus appréciée pour ses qualités écologiques :
le flacon devient rechargeable. La séparation aisée de la pompe et du flacon améliore aussi le recyclage. La
pompe peut aussi être chapée et décorée.

One of the most widely tested and approved Super Low Profile
engines in the world market: excellent pre-compression for subtle
and accurate spraying. Ultra-low, it can still be taken up to doses
of 120 µl, giving exclusive performance. The SLPP also offers the
guarantee of perfect compatibility: in the Crimpless or Crimp On
version, a plastic component replaces the rubber gasket and there
is no elastomer in the pump.
The metal or plastic ferrule can be customized and delivered
pre-assembled with the pump in the TCS version (The Crimpless
System®).
SLPP Pump • Pompe SLPP
Un des moteurs Super Low Profile les plus reconnus sur le marché
mondial : une excellente pré-compression pour une pulvérisation
nuancée et précise. Ultra-basse, elle monte pourtant jusqu’à des
doses de 120 µl : une performance exclusive. La SLPP offre aussi la

Crystal like its SP7i sister product, it is transparent, miniaturized and
low. It is also neutral, with an external spring there is no contact at all
with the perfume. In its crimpless version, the SP7 TCS (The Crimpless
System®) with its crystal pump body provides an invisible low profile
pump, delivered pre-assembled with actuator and collar. It fits into
standard 13/15 and 17 mm FEA necks. A Crimp version is available
without a rubber gasket, tightness and seal provided by a flexible
polymer component. Simple to assemble and fill, this is a concentrated
version of the latest innovations in pumps.
SP7 Pump • Pompe SP7
Cristalle comme sa sœur SP7i, elle est aussi transparente, aussi
miniaturisée et aussi basse. Elle est également neutre : avec un
ressort externe, elle évite tout contact avec le jus. La performance
de son spray et sa souplesse en font une pompe de grande qualité
appréciée des consommatrices. En version crimpless, la SP7 TCS
(The Crimpless System®) apporte l’exclusivité d’une pompe Low
Profile invisible, livrée pré-assemblée avec son bouton poussoir et
son colleret. Elle s’encliquète sur les cols FEA standards 13/15 et
17 mm. Une version sera disponible sans joint de sertissage, une
pièce souple assurant l’étanchéité. Simple à conditionner, elle est un

These are the ultra-low pumps for ultra low necks with maximum compactness
above and below the mechanism. Their “engines” are transparent and
include a glass ball. They are also 100% neutral: no gasket, no elastomer
and no contact between metal and perfume thanks to a spring placed
outside. Uncluttered design pushing back the limits of miniaturization and
leaving full room for the fragrance. Easy to assemble in one go courtesy
of a complete kit, they take filling speeds to new highs. Combined with
very low bottle necks, the SP7i and the SP8i are the perfect pumps for preassembled customized kits (caps, collar, actuator, pump).
SP7i Pump • Pompe SP7i
Ce sont les pompes ultra-basses pour les cols ultra-bas : l’encombrement
est minimisé au-dessus et en dessous du mécanisme. Leurs “moteurs” sont
totalement transparents grâce à la présence d’une bille en verre. Elles
sont aussi 100% neutres : aucun joint, aucun élastomère, aucun contact
du métal avec le jus, grâce à leur ressort placé à l’extérieur. Epurées,
atteignant les limites de la miniaturisation, elles laissent toute sa place
au parfum. Faciles à poser, en une seule fois grâce à leur kit complet,
elles pulvérisent les cadences de remplissage. Associées à des cols de
flacons très bas, la SP7i et la SP8i sont dédiées aux kits spécifiques préassemblés. (capot, colleret, bouton poussoir et pompe).

The Crystal SP5 pump gives miniatures a new dimension
with spray and are now as much used as they are admired.
The SP5 pump is so compact that it fits all miniature bottle
necks (molded or tubular glass). Its “invisible“ and neutral
motor designed for mini-bottles is more discreet than any
other model in the market. Rexam Dispensing Systems can
also propose customized creative presentations, like jewels,
pendants, purse or car accessories, promotion coffrets, refills,
etc…

the boldest and most creative bottle shapes. With an excellente

SP6 Pump • Pompe SP6
Elle a fait gagner 30% d’encombrement par rapport à la génération
des pompes classiques. C’est le petit format pour les grands parfums.
Elle s’intègre dans les formes de flacon les plus audacieuses et les
plus originales. Excellente pré-compression, une buse très précise, un
tube capillaire, des boutons poussoirs extra-plats, c’est la pompe à

classique du marché mondial. En version Crimpless (The Crimpless
System®), système breveté, elle a remporté de nombreux prix
d’excellence pour sa flexibilité, sa neutralité et sa facilité de pose.
Disponible aussi en version à sertir. Cette pompe sans élastomère
même en version à sertir, est compatible avec les parfums les plus
actuels.

The SP22 is now a must in all western and emerging markets. Resistant
and consistent, this is the range entry pump leading to quality in
perfumery. Bordering on fragrance and cosmetic technologies, the
SP22 is the ultimate pump for sun sprays, hair sprays, revitalizing
waters, etc… A dynamic and reliable spray for all these viscosities
makes this pump for new perfuming treatments and lotions. Can be
delivered in short series and is perfectly suitable for test operations
and medium-sized markets.

The SP32 is the only pump in its category able to dispense up to
230 µl. It brings together all the qualities of capacity, gentleness
and compact size. This grand standard is perfect for bigger bottles,
particularly for revitalizing waters but also sun lotions. A large range
of fitting systems (SNAP’ON, Screw On, Crimp On) for standard
and specific bottles.

The TNP has become established as the reference pump in all
segments in all markets. Reliable and high-performing, it is perfectly
neutral. It is gasket-free in both crimpless and traditional crimp-on
versions. But the TNP pump has successfully moved forward in
terms of both elegance and productivity. Thanks to The Crimpless
Systems®, the collar in metal or plastic can be adjusted to fit the
bottle design. It is delivered pre-assembled with the pump for easy
fitting.
TNP Pump • Pompe TNP
La TNP s’est imposée comme la pompe de référence sur tous les

parfaitement neutre : elle est sans joint en version Crimpless comme
en version à sertir traditionnelle. La pompe TNP a su aussi évoluer,
