Superautomatic tyre changer with back tilting pole pneumatically controlled
through pedal, suitable for car and light commercial vehicle wheels. It allows in
particular to operate on sport wheels with big-size alloy rims, extra-wide low profile
and Run-Flat tyres up to 15” max. width.
It is equipped with pneumatic locking of the operating arm (41mm Ø) with
reinforced guide perpendicular to the turntable, bead-breaker with double effect
pneumatic cylinder, octagonal turntable (12”-22” rim clamping from outside, 14”24”from inside) with double speed rotation system selectable by a manual switch,
automatic adjustment of the distance between rim and mounting head, inflating
gun and extractable pedal unit for an easy servicing.
The machine is delivered complete with plastic protections for mounting head,
clamps and bead lifting lever to avoid any damage to the rim during tyre mounting
and demounting.
Démonte-pneus superautomatique avec colonne basculante en arrière
pneumatiquement avec commande à pédale, indiqué pour le montage et le
démontage de roues de voitures et véhicules commerciaux légers. Il permet en
particulier de travailler sur roues sportives avec jantes en alliages de grandes
dimensions, pneus à profil surbaissé et Run-Flat jusqu’à 15 de largeur max.

La machine est livrée avec
les protections en plastique
pour la tête de montage,
les mâchoires et le levier
décolle-talons pour éviter les
risques d’endommagement
des jantes pendant le
montage et le démontage.

Superautomatisches Reifenmontiergerät mit pedalgesteuerter, nach hinten
kippbarer Montagesäule. Für Montage und Demontage von PKW- und
Nutzfahrzeugräder geeignet, ermöglicht es, Sporträder mit größen Alufelgen,
extra-breite Niederquerschnitt- und Run-Flat-Reifen Reifen bis zu einer maximalen
Felgenbreite von 15” zu bearbeiten.
Es ist mit pneumatischer Spannung des auf dem Spannteller senkrechten erhöhten
Montagearms (41mm Ø), doppelt wirkendem pneumatischem Abdrückzylinder,
achteckigem Spannteller (Felgeneinspannung von außen 12“-22“, von innen 14“24“) mit zwei über Handschalter einstellbaren Geschwindigkeiten, automatischer
Einstellung des Abstands zwischen Felge und Montagekopf, Reifenfüller und
herausziehbarer Steuerpedaleinheit, die eine erleichterte Wartung gewährleistet,
ausgestattet.
Im Lieferumfang sind die Kunststoff-Schutzbacken für Montagekopf, Spannklauen
und Montiereisen serienmäßig, um Felgenbeschädigung bei Montage und
Demontage zu vermeiden.
