The BIOSTAT ® A can be operated via external
devices. The following operating options are
possible:
−− The web browser (optimized for Google
Chrome) of an externally connected
Chromebook | laptop | PC
−− The Sartorius app “BIOSTAT ® A” on your
tablet | smartphone (Advanced Package
required)
To operate the BIOSTAT ® A, the user must log in.
The Administrator is obligated to change the
password after initial startup.

Connecting the BIOSTAT ® A Directly to External Devices
When using a Chromebook:
No settings can be stored when logged in as
guest. No bookmarks can be created in the
browser and the IP address of the BIOSTAT ® A
must be entered manually every time the device
is logged in as guest.
Therefore, we recommend that you set up a
Google account (Internet access required).

The connection can be made only when the

router
If the BIOSTAT ® A is connected to a router, the
network must be configured on the router.

Network Settings
ttConfigure your external device or router
with the following settings:
−− IP Address: 192.168.0.1
−− Subnet:255.255.255.0
−− Gateway:192.168.0.250
ttIn your web browser, activate the default IP
address (192.168.0.250) of the BIOSTAT ® A.
ttIf the BIOSTAT ® A is unreachable, reset the
IP address where necessary. Observe the
operating manual for the BIOSTAT ® A,
Chapter “Resetting the IP address”.
Network settings on the BIOSTAT ® A
If you want to integrate the BIOSTAT ® A into a
network, obtain the network settings from your
system administrator.
ttConnect the BIOSTAT ® A as a standalone
connection to the external device (see No. 1
and No. 2) for the network settings.
ttIn your web browser, activate the default IP
address “192.168.0.250” of the BIOSTAT ® A.
ttLog in to your BIOSTAT ® A as Admin.
ttIn the “Settings” menu, activate the
“Internet Config.” submenu.
ttIn the “Internet Settings” dialog window,
enter the network settings provided by your
system administrator.
ttRestart the BIOSTAT ® A if necessary.
Integrating the BIOSTAT ® A into networks
Follow the instructions in the operating manual
of the BIOSTAT ® A, Chapter “Integrating the
BIOSTAT ® A into an existing IT infrastructure”.

Bei Einsatz eines Chromebooks:
Bei Anmeldung als Gast werden keine Einstellungen gespeichert. Es können keine Bookmarks
im Browser erstellt werden und die IP-Adresse
des BIOSTAT ® A muss bei jeder Anmeldung als
Gast manuell eingegeben werden.
Wir empfehlen daher die Einrichtung eines
Google-Kontos (Internetzugang erforderlich).

Wenn der BIOSTAT ® A an einen Router angeschlossen wird, müssen die Netzwerkeinstellungen am Router durchgeführt werden.

Netzwerkeinstellungen
ttFühren Sie an Ihrem externen Gerät oder
Router die folgenden Einstellungen durch:
−− IP-Adresse:192.168.0.1
−− Subnetz:255.255.255.0
−− Gateway:192.168.0.250
ttRufen Sie im Web-Browser oder in der App
die Default-IP-Adresse (192.168.0.250) des
BIOSTAT ® A auf.
ttFalls der BIOSTAT ® A nicht erreichbar ist,
setzen Sie bei Bedarf die IP-Adresse zurück.
Beachten Sie die Betriebsanleitung des
BIOSTAT ® A, Kapitel „Rücksetzen der
IP-Adresse“.
Netzwerkeinstellungen am BIOSTAT ® A
Wenn Sie den BIOSTAT ® A in ein Netzwerk
einbinden möchten, erfragen Sie die Netzwerkeinstellungen bei Ihrem Systemadministrator.
ttSchließen Sie den BIOSTAT ® A für die
Netzwerkeinstellungen als Standalone-Verbindung an das externe Gerät an (siehe
Pos. 1 und Pos. 2).
ttRufen Sie im Web-Browser die Default-IPAdresse „192.168.0.250“ des BIOSTAT ® A auf.
ttMelden Sie sich am BIOSTAT ® A als Administrator an.
ttRufen Sie über das Hauptmenü „Settings“
das Untermenü „Internet Config.“ auf.
ttGeben Sie im Dialogfenster „Intenet
Settings“ die vom Systemadministrator
vorgegebenen Netzwerkeinstellungen ein.
ttStarten Sie den BIOSTAT ® A bei Bedarf neu.

Aucun réglage n'est enregistré si on se connecte
en tant qu'invité. Il n'est pas possible de créer
des signets dans le navigateur et l'adresse IP
du BIOSTAT ® A doit être saisie manuellement à
chaque connexion en tant qu'invité.
Nous vous conseillons donc de créer un compte
Google (accès Internet nécessaire).

impostazioni non vengono salvate. Non si
possono creare dei segnalibri nel browser e
l'indirizzo IP di BIOSTAT ® A deve essere inserito

Consigliamo pertanto di creare un account
Google (è richiesta una connessione Internet).

El manejo del BIOSTAT ® A se realiza mediante
aparatos externos. Para el manejo existen las
siguientes opciones:

En caso de usar un Chromebook:
Si se inicia sesión como invitado no se guarda la
configuración. No se pueden crear marcadores
en el navegador y en cada inicio de sesión como
invitado se ha de introducir siempre manual­
mente la dirección IP del BIOSTAT ® A.
Por tanto, se recomienda configurar una cuenta de
Google (requiere disponer de acceso a Internet).
ttConfigure en caso necesario una cuenta de
Google.
ttInicie sesión en su cuenta.

Pos. 3: Conexión de red con Chromebook /

a través de un enrutador:
La conexión se puede establecer solamente con
el BIOSTAT ® A encendido. Observe las
indicaciones de seguridad y de instalación que se
incluyen en las instrucciones de manejo del
BIOSTAT ® A antes de encender el BIOSTAT ® A.

Si el BIOSTAT ® A se va a conectar a un enrutador,
los ajustes de red deben definirse en el
enrutador.

ttConecte el BIOSTAT ® A al enrutador. Utilice
un cable Ethernet adecuado.
ttConecte el aparato externo al enrutador,
p. ej. a través de la red WLAN.

ttDefina los siguientes ajustes en su aparato
externo o enrutador:
−− Dirección IP:
192.168.0.1
−− Subred:255.255.255.0
−− Puerta de enlace: 192.168.0.250
ttAbra en el navegador web o la aplicación la
dirección IP predeterminada (192.168.0.250)
del BIOSTAT ® A.
ttSi no consigue acceder al BIOSTAT ® A, puede
restablecer la dirección IP. Para ello, consulte
las instrucciones de manejo del BIOSTAT ® A,
capítulo “Restablecer la dirección IP”.
Configuración de red del BIOSTAT ® A
Si desea incluir el BIOSTAT ® A en una red,
consulte los ajustes de red al administrador del
sistema.
ttConecte el BIOSTAT ® A al aparato externo
para los ajustes de red como conexión
independiente (ver Pos. 1 y Pos. 2).
ttAbra en el navegador web la dirección IP
predeterminada “192.168.0.250” del
BIOSTAT ® A.
ttInicie sesión en el BIOSTAT ® A como
Administrator.
ttEn el menú principal "Settings", abra el
submenú "Internet Config.".
ttDefina en el cuadro de diálogo "Internet
Settings" la configuración de red que le ha
proporcionado el administrador del sistema.
ttReinicie el BIOSTAT ® A, si es necesario.

Napomene o korištenju
Rukovanje uređajem BIOSTAT ® A odvija se putem
vanjskih uređaja. Za rukovanje možete iskoristiti
sljedeće opcije:

Chrome) vanjski priključenog Chromebooka /
prijenosnog računala / stolnog računala
−− aplikaciju tvrtke Sartorius „BIOSTAT ® A” na
vašem tabletu / pametnom telefonu
(potreban je Advanced Paket)
Za rukovanje uređajem BIOSTAT ® A potrebna je
prijava korisnika. Administrator mora promijeniti
lozinku nakon puštanja u pogon.

Preporučujemo stoga da izradite Google račun
(potreban je pristup internetu).

Vezu je moguće uspostaviti samo ako je uključen
uređaj BIOSTAT ® A. Pridržavajte se sigurnosnih
uputa i uputa pri ugradnji iz uputa za rad

od administratora sustava zatražite mrežne
postavke.
ttPriključite uređaj BIOSTAT ® A kao samostalnu
vezu na vanjski uređaj kako biste pristupili
mrežnim postavkama (pogledajte Stavku 1
i 2).
ttU web-pregledniku otvorite zadanu IP adresu
„192.168.0.250” uređaja BIOSTAT ® A.
ttPrijavite se kao administrator na uređaj
BIOSTAT ® A.
ttPreko glavnog izbornika „Settings” (Postavke)
otvorite podizbornik „Internet Config.”
(Konfig. interneta).
ttU dijaloškom prozoru „Internet Settings”
(Postavke interneta) unesite mrežne postavke
koje je zadao administrator sustava.
ttPo potrebi ponovno pokrenite uređaj
BIOSTAT ® A.
