Cité de Clarence-Rockland a participé à
la conférence ROMA-OGRA à Toronto
dernièrement pour rencontrer certains
Ministres afin de mettre de l’emphase
sur certains projets, soit le pont de
Cheney, la caserne-station PPO et le
projet d’aqueduc de Bourget.

from the City of Clarence-Rockland
have participated to the ROMA-OGRA
Conference in Toronto to meet with
certain Ministers in order to emphasize
certain projects, being the Cheney
bridge, the fire-OPP station and the
Bourget waterworks project.

Suite à la question de M. le Maire, Mme Further to Mayor Guibord’s question,
Bolduc confirme que l’audit 2013 Mrs. Bolduc confirms that the 2013
débutera à la mi-avril.
Audit will begin at mid-April.
Le conseiller Guy Félio demande si le
rapport FIR fera partie des tâches de
Deloitte. On lui explique que ce n’est
pas nécessairement inclus dans le
mandat.

Le rapport mensuel est révisé et

sur les points suivants:
 Construction de la tour de Bell
dans Clarence Creek.

On demande d’identifier le
pourcentage

tâches
complétées.
 Procédure d’approbation des
plans de subdivision dans les
villages.
 Subdivision – B. Sanscartier –
Michael Michaud indique que
les plans finaux ont été reçus
après la finalisation du rapport.
 Plan pour le concept Bourget
et Cheney – On mentionne que
l’élément expliquant le design
n’a jamais été fait. M. le maire
demande à M. Michaud de faire
la recherche sur le coût de
finalisation du rapport, incluant
les explications.
 PPS – M. Michaud mentionne
que suite à la formation qui
sera donnée à Perth, il sera en
mesure
de
présenter
un
rapport au conseil en mai.
9.2 Planning Services

 Project progress report. It is
asked that we identify the
percentage
of
completed
tasks.
 Subdivision approval process
in the villages.
 Subdivision – B. Sanscartier –
Michael Michaud indicates
that the final plans have been
received after the finalization
of the report.
 Plan concept Bourget and
Cheney – It is mentioned that
the
component
which
explains the design was never
done. The Mayor asks Mr.
Michaud to find out how much
it will cost to finish the report
which would include the
rationale.
 PPS – Mr. Michaud mentions
that after attending a training
in Perth, he will be able to
present his report to Council
in May.
