The Manufacturer warrants to the original residential retail purchaser that the mattress,
except for the cover, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 20 years
(subject to proration as described below under the heading “WARRANTY SERVICE”)
from the date of purchase under normal household use and conditions subject to the
following limitations:
Our mattresses are designed to be used without a foundation or with a foundation
that provides support such as a rigid, non-coil foundation, slatted foundation with
slats not exceeding 7 inches apart, foundation with rigid steel module supports, or an
adjustable bed base that is structurally capable of supporting the mattress (“Appropriate
Foundation”). Therefore, this Limited Warranty is void if the mattress is used on any
foundation other than an Appropriate Foundation. Non-solid and boxspring foundations
are NOT Appropriate Foundations. If the mattress is used with a foundation, the
Manufacturer may require the original residential retail purchaser to provide proof of use
of an Appropriate Foundation.
Degeneration of the foam material of the mattress which causes the mattress to have
an indentation greater than one and one half (1.5) inches that is not the result of an
inappropriate foundation or improper use will be considered a defect in materials or
workmanship and therefore will be covered under this Limited Warranty.
Natural softening of the foam material of the mattress which causes the product to have
an indentation of one and one half (1.5) inches or less will not be considered a defect in
materials or workmanship and therefore will not be covered under this Limited Warranty.
Any physical imperfection that causes the mattress materials to split or crack,
despite normal usage and proper handling, will be considered a defect in materials or
workmanship and therefore will be covered under this Limited Warranty.
Comfort and/or personal preference of the original residential retail purchaser is not
covered by this Limited Warranty.
Please keep your mattress clean and use a mattress pad. Stains, soiling, fluid penetration,
or other signs of abuse will void this Limited Warranty.
FOUNDATION – five (5) year Limited Warranty
The Manufacturer warrants to the original residential retail purchaser that its foundation
will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years from the date
of purchase under normal household use and conditions. If the foundation is replaced
under this Limited Warranty, it will be replaced with a then-current style of foundation,
which may be a different color or material than the original foundation.
ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS – five (5) year Limited Warranty
The Manufacturer warrants to the original residential retail purchaser that all electrical
products (including any remote control and massage components and/or motors) will
be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use and
conditions for five (5) years from the date of purchase.
COVER – one (1) year Limited Warranty
The Manufacturer warrants to the original residential retail purchaser that its mattress
cover will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the
date of purchase under normal household use and conditions. If the cover is replaced
under this Limited Warranty, it will be replaced with the then-current style of cover
available for the mattress, which may be a different color or material than the original
cover.
BED PILLOW – three (3) year Limited Warranty
The Manufacturer warrants to the original residential retail purchaser that its bed pillow
will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three (3) years and the bed
pillow cover for one (1) year from the date of purchase under normal household use
and conditions. This warranty covers any physical flaw in the product that causes the
material to split or crack despite normal use and proper handling and any deterioration of
the cell structure of the material that causes the product to not return to its original shape.
If a bed pillow or cover is replaced under this Limited Warranty, it will be replaced
with the then-current style, which may be a different color or material than the original
product.
WARRANTY SERVICE
For five (5) years for foundations, three (3) years for bed pillows, five (5) years for
electrical products, or one (1) year for mattress covers and bed pillow covers, after the
date of purchase by the original residential retail purchaser, the Manufacturer will either
repair or replace (at its option) defects in materials or workmanship covered by this
Limited Warranty without charge, except for transportation costs and, after one year
from date of purchase, for all labor costs associated with the replacement of parts and
materials.

For mattresses, for ten (10) years after the date of purchase, the Manufacturer will either
repair or replace (at its option) any product that has a defect in materials or workmanship
covered by this Limited Warranty without charge, except for transportation costs. For
the remaining period of this Limited Warranty applicable to mattresses, the Manufacturer
will, at its discretion, repair or replace the mattress with a charge to the original
residential retail purchaser for transportation costs and for the following percentage of
original purchase price:

To obtain service under this Limited Warranty, you must contact the original
furniture retailer from whom you purchased the product and provide proof of
the original purchase. If required, the retailer will contact the Manufacturer to obtain
service.
If a problem occurs and you have moved or your retailer has moved, contact the
Manufacturer’s Consumer Relations Department at 877-370-8482. If identical materials
are unavailable at the time of repair, the Manufacturer reserves the right to substitute
materials of equal quality. The Manufacturer reserves the right to change specifications
without notification.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES, LIABILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE MANUFACTURER,
ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE. NO REPRESENTATIVE OF THE MANUFACTURER OR ITS
RETAILERS IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS
TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES
AND, THEREFORE, IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, IMPOSED ON THE SALE OF THIS PRODUCT UNDER STATE LAW
ARE LIMITED TO THE TIME PERIODS STATED ABOVE FOR, RESPECTIVELY,
MATTRESSES, FOUNDATIONS, ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS, COVERS, AND BED
PILLOWS. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN
IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY
TO YOU.
THE MANUFACTURER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL
OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, SUCH AS LOSS OF USE,
INCONVENIENCE, AND LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY, AND
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LIABILITY OF THE MANUFACTURER EXCEED
THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. SOME STATES
DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTIAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY
TO YOU.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU
MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE
