Extracts from our terms of sale:
- Ownership reserve clause: The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of their price. - Should the goods arrive damaged, even partially, they should be the object of reserves made to the carrier and the goods should
be refused. As soon as we are informed of the claim, we agree to send your order again. - In the event of non payment at due date, the purchaser will be charged a penalty of 3% per month on the outstanding amounts and this without
further notice. Fault of payment at any one of the due dates, the other instalments will become immediately due even if they are the object of bills. In the event of collection through litigation or legal proceedings, a penalty of 15%, or a
minimum amount of 300 €, will be applied as damages, in addition to the above-mentioned penalties, and this without limiting the other possibilities of action. - Any disputes will be referred to the Law-courts of DIJON which have sole
jurisdiction.
