SOURCE // DocNews WITH PERSONAL DATA, PREDICTIVE APPS STAY A STEP AHEAD Apps that proactively help people with their lives represent a significant departure from earlier approaches to software. Typically, computers have just dumbly waited for their human operators to ask for help. But now applications based on machine learning software can speak up with timely information even without being directly asked for it. A social media intelligence compared how the top 5 versions of each video were shared on Twitter to understand how they went on to become two global memes, looking at 8 dimensions of each meme. But what about people who don’t have a desktop computer ? What about people who have access to a PC, but prefer using their mobile device ? Those users want and need access to the same information, just presented in a different form factor. SOURCE // Harvard Business Review LES « MARQUES COACH » ONT-ELLES UN AVENIR ? SOURCE // Influencia AD AGENCIES SEE EFFECTIVENESS IN ONLINE VIDEO The online video advertising ecosystem has gained both prominence and complexity, but that might be because buyers have found that the ads really work. A survey of US advertising agency executives conducted by online video ad platform BrightRoll found that the vast majority of respondents (75%) said online video ads were equally or more effective than traditional TV. SOURCE // eMarketer WTF ?!
