UK: “The inspiration comes from nature and every day experiences, and is expressed in
paintings which are often built up by compositions of squares, rooms and little “time pockets”
to disappear into, dream in, and be absorbed by. The colours own life, the lightness of the
brushstrokes and rough contrasts creates depth and gives the paintings an aesthetic touch
of tranquility and balance.
Painting has been a big part of my life since 1990. As a self-taught artist, growth, experience,
movement and experiment has been the key words for the motives created on the canvas
today.” Freja was born in 1969.
D: Aus Eindrücken von sowohl der Natur als auch aus dem Alltag wird Inspiration gesammelt,
die oft in Gemälden zum Ausdruck kommt, aufgebaut um Kompositionen aus Quadraten Raum und kleine ”Zeittaschen”, in denen man verschwinden, träumen, sich vertiefen kann.
Das Eigenleben der Farben, die Leichtigkeit des Pinselstriches und starke Kontraste, kreieren
Tiefe und fügen dem Gemälde ein ästhetisches Gefühl von Ruhe und Gleichgewicht zu.
”Die Malerei ist seit 1990 ein fester Bestandteil meines Lebens. Als autodidaktischer Künstler
sind Wachstum, Entwicklung, Bewegung und Experiment Schlüsselwörter für die Motive,
die heute auf der Leinwand gestaltet werden. Sie bündeln außerdem die Erfahrungen aus
mehreren Aufenthalten an verschiedenen Kunstschulen.” Freja ist 1969 geboren.
F: Les impressions que nous offrent la nature et la vie quotidienne sont mes sources
d’inspiration et s’expriment dans mes peintures qui sont souvent composées par la
juxtaposition de formes carrées. Ce sont des espaces, des poches de temps où nous pouvons
nous évader, rêver, nous absorber. Les couleurs ont leur propre vie, et la légèreté du trait,
la rusticité des contrastes créent de la profondeur et ajoutent aux peintures un esthétisme
empreint de calme et d’équilibre. La peinture fait partie intégrante de ma vie depuis 1990.
En tant qu’artiste autodidacte, je considère la croissance, l’évolution, le mouvement et

Chili
UK: Chili was born in 1980 in Chile, but has lived her entire life in Denmark. She has studied
art and art history, before she started art school. Just out of art school, she began working at
Malerifabrikken.
Chili works mostly with lighter shades of colors, but combines them with burnt colours to
create the warmth she wants in her paintings. In spite of her young age, there is no doubt
about her talent, and she is very well founded technically.
“With my abstract paintings I hope to give the spectators an experience, and give them
that proclamation on the canvas that will make the paintings interesting enough for the
imaginative viewer to keep exploring”.
D: Chili wurde 1980 in Chile geboren und ist in Dänemark aufgewachsen. Sie hat
Kunstgeschichte und Bilderkunst studiert, bevor sie auf die Kunstschule kam. Direkt nach
der Kunstschule hat sie in der Malerifabrikken angefangen. Chili arbeitet viel in der hellen
Farbskala, aber versucht dieses mehr mit gebrannten Farben zu kombinieren, um hierdurch
die Wärme zu erschaffen, die sie sucht.
Trotz ihres jungen Alters herrscht kein Zweifel über fachliche und technische Kompetenz
und ihr großes Talent.
”Durch meine abstrakten Malereien, hoffe ich, dass ich den Betrachtern ein Erlebnis geben
kann und dass diese den Aufruf hören in den Malereien mit der richtigen Fantasie auf
Entdeckung zu gehen, in der Hoffnung, dass die Malereien durch den Aufruf interessant
bleiben.“
F: Chili est née au Chili en 1980 mais elle a grandi au Danemark. Elle a suivi des cours
d’histoire de l’art et d’art plastique avant d’entrer dans une école d’art. Après son école, elle a
débuté directement auprès de Malerifabrikken. Chili travaille beaucoup sur les teintes claires
qu’elle associe à des couleurs plus chaudes pour créer la chaleur qu’elle recherche. Malgré
son jeune âge, son talent ne fait aucun doute et sa technique est également très sûre.
« A travers mes peintures abstraites, j’espère pouvoir procurer au public des sensations, lui
faire éprouver cette révélation qui fait que l’on n’a de cesse de trouver le tableau passionnant,
et que l’on part à sa découverte en plongeant dans la peinture, l’imagination en éveil. »

UK: Milla was born in 1969, and she began painting when she was 16 to earn extra money
during her journalist studies. She also did graphic work and made trinkets onto which paint
was applied, but she was more and more drawn towards painting, and her journalist training
was never used. Milla has later studied two years at an art school abroad where she was
taught by well known artists, and has also worked as a teacher in art and creative classes
herself.
Milla paints both figuratively and abstract, and she is mostly inspired by people. She is
extremely good at creating an atmosphere in her paintings, and gives them structure so that
one can almost feel the paintings physically when looking at them.
D: Milla wurde 1969 geboren und begann mit dem Malen als 16-Jährige, um sich ein Zubrot
zu ihrem Journalistikstudium zu verdienen. Sie schuf auch Grafiken und Schmuck, den sie
bemalte, doch zog es sie immer stärker zur Malerei hin und das Journalistik-studium blieb
ungenutzt. Milla absolvierte anschließend eine zweijährige Ausbildung an einer Kunstschule
im Ausland, wo sie bei bekannten Künstlern in die Schule ging. Außerdem unterrichtete sie
selbst in Kunst und kreativen Fächern.
Milla malt sowohl figurativ als auch abstrakt, wobei zumeist Menschen die Inspiration bilden.
Es gelingt ihr hervorragend ihren Bildern Atmosphäre zu verleihen, wodurch diese Struktur
gewinnen, so dass man sie beim Betrachten nahezu körperlich spüren kann.

Felix
UK: Felix’s paintings are full of strength and energy, they are the mirror of his rich artistic
experience through his travelling and influence from different cultures.
The subjects might be figurative or abstract, his technique is always skilled and the colors
bright. Felix is a modern expressionist, and the canvas is his play ground.
On top of being very popular and successful when joining artistic events and art exhibitions,
Felix also participated to several fresco projects. His imagination has no limit and his talent
is only starting to show.
D: In den Malereien von Felix gibt es viel Vitalität und Stärke die sehr stark den Hintergrund
von Felix als experimentellem Künstler in vielen verschiedenen kulturellen und künstlerischen

Malereien sieht man den spielerischen und leichten Zugang zu Technik und Farben, und die

Zuschauer Einsicht in die expressionistische Welt von Felix. Außer seinem Impressum auf
zahlreichen Künstlerevents und Ausstellungen, hat Felix an mehreren größeren Dekorationen

Gemälde von dem Künstler.

UK: The Danish artist Line B. is self-taught, and has earlier worked as a decorator. The
combination of colours in the painting is very important to her, so that it matches the trends
in interior decorating.
“Whith my background as a decorator I try to create the paintings not just as art, but also with
the entire impression of the home in mind. The paintings must be able to be a part of the total
furnishment of the home, and create the perfect balance between furniture and decoration.”
D: Die dänische Künstlerin Line B. ist autodidakt und arbeitete früher als Dekorateurin. Die
Kombination von Farben in den Bildern ist für sie sehr wichtig, damit es anschließend in die
Trends der Innendekorationen passt.
”Mit dem Hintergrund als Dekorateurin versuche ich die Bilder nicht nur als Kunst zu
kreieren, sondern als Teil der Gesamteinrichtung zu entwerfen. Die Bilder sollten sich im
Gesamtkonzept der Einrichtung integrieren und eine perfekte Balance zwischen Einrichtung
und Dekoration schaffen.”

UK: Oline was born in 1969. Oline was originally educated as a textile designer and has
worked as such for many years. Along with this she has been working as an artist since 1991.
Although self taught, her years of experience, combined with her education in design, gives
her a solid foundation.
“My philosophy is that the paintings shall fit the home of today, and not the other way around.
I work mostly with light colours and try to keep a lightness in the painting, so that it will not
dominate the room. I like to work with different materials such as newspaper and photos to
give a different and exciting dimension.”
D: Oline wurde 1969 geboren. Oline ist ausgebildete Textil-designerin und hat viele Jahre in
der Branche gearbeitet.
Zeitgleich hat sie die letzten 17 Jahre als Künstlerin gearbeitet. Sie hat sich in diesem Bereich
alles selbst beigebracht. Die Kombination der langen Erfahrung und Ihrer Ausbildung gibt ihr
einen guten Ausgangspunkt.
”Mein Ausgangspunkt ist es, dass das Bild zu dem Haus von Heute passen soll und nicht
umgekehrt. Primär arbei-te ich mit hellen Farben und möchte gern eine Leichtigkeit in den
Bildern beibehalten, so dass das Bild nicht den Raum dominiert. Ich arbeite gern auch
mit anderen Materialien wie Zeitungspapier oder Fotos um eine andere und spannendere
Dimension zu schaffen.“

UK: Gade was born and raised in Copenhagen. He now lives in Jutland, where he cultivates
his music and his paintings. His background in music has taught him to compose on canvas
with colour and brushes. “Method, form, tone, scale, rhythm, tempo and strength are the
building blocks of my music and painting.” “My amazement, excitement and joy of animals
are reflected in my designs. The animals are a clear reminder of the care, thoughtfulness and
love, we must show our fragile earth.
D: Gade ist geboren und aufgewachsen in Kopenhagen. Er lebt jetzt in Jütland, wo er seine
Musik spielt und seine Gemälde malt. Sein Hintergrund durch die Musik hat ihn gelehrt,

UK: Peter was born in 1968, is a teacher by education, and lives close to Aarhus. He enjoys
peacefulness and the nature, but is also drawn by the echoes from film, music, art and
culture - and it is in this field of tension his motives evolves. A powerful palette of colours
filled with contrasts, plus a touch of poetry and dynamism, makes Peter’s paintings lively and
full of edge and depth.
D: Peter wurde 1968 geboren. Er ist als Lehrer ausgebildet und lebt etwas außerhalb Aarhus.
Er genießt dort die Ruhe und die Natur, wird aber gleichzeitig vom Echo des Filmes, der
Music, der Kunst und Kultur angezogen. In diesem Spannungsfeld entstehen seine Motive.
Eine kraftvolle Farbpalette gefüllt mit Kontrasten und mit einem Strahl von Poesie und

dans le Jutland. Il aime le calme et la nature, mais il trouve aussi son inspiration dans les

UK: Martin was born in London, in 1975. He studied Art & Design at Amersham College and
when graduated, became a kitchen designer.
Painting has always been a big part of his free time, and after many years of kitchen design,
Martin moved to Spain to fulfill his dream: become a full time artist.
He now lives in Denmark and completely felt in love with the Nordic light and sceneries.
The northern rough and unique nature inspires a large part of Martin’s work today, and he
transcripts it with an intense texture and full passion.
“I want to give my paintings a feeling of the Nordic sceneries in a unique and passionate way.
I think I achieve this with the bold strokes that I apply to the paintings.”
D: Martin wurde 1975 in London geboren. Er hat Art & Design studiert am Kollege Amersham
und als er sein Studium abgeschlossen hat wurde er Küchen Designer.
Malerei ist immer ein großer Bestandteil seiner Freizeit gewesen und nach vielen Jahren als
Küchen Designer zog er nach Spanien um seinen Traum zu verwirklichen und Fulltime Maler
zu werden.
Er lebt jetzt in Dänemark und ist total verliebt in das nordische Licht und die Landschaft. Die
nordisch raue und einzigartige Natur inspiriert die heutige Arbeit von Martin. Er verwandelt
sie mit einer intensiven Textur und voller Leidenschaft.

il a commencé sa carrière professionnelle en tant que decorateur-styliste.
La peinture a toujours fait partie de son quotidien et après de nombreuses années de stylisme,
Martin s’installe en Espagne pour réaliser son rêve de toujours: peindre.
Il vit aujourd’hui au Danemark où il est complètement tombé sous le charme de la lumière et
des paysages nordiques. Cette nature rude et austère inspire largement le travail de Martin
aujourd’hui, et il la retranscrit dans ses peintures par un intense travail de texture et des
ambiances en camailleux.

UK: All our paintings are hand painted on a high canvas quality
mounted on a 4 cm thick pinewood stretched bars structure. Each
painting is unique and, as our artists do paint the sides of the canvas
as well, our paintings look very exclusive without frame.
We do though also have a very elegant gallery floating frame in our
assortment, if you wish the painting to be framed.
The thickness of the frame is 5,2 cm and its width is 1cm.
The frame is available in full black colour or in silver out frame colour
with black inside.
D: Alle unsere Bilder sind handgemalt und auf einen 4 cm dicken
Keilrahmen gespannt. Jede Malerei ist ein Unikat und dadurch, dass
die Künstler auch den Rand der Leinwand bemalen, ist das Bild auch
ohne Rahmen sehr schön in Szene gesetzt.
Wir empfehlen jedoch, die Bilder in einer eleganten Galerie in
Schweberahmen einzupassen.
Diese Rahmen sind 5,2 cm tief und 1 cm breit, womit ein sehr schöner
und exklusiver Ausdruck erreicht wird.
Die Rahmen bekommen Sie in den Farben schwarz oder silber mit
schwarzer Innenkante.
F: Tous nos tableaux sont peints à la main sur une toile canvas
de haute qualité montée sur un chassis en pin de 4 cm. Chaque
tableau est unique, et nos artistes peignant egalement les cotés de
la toile, ces tableaux ne nécéssitent pas forcément d’encadrement.
