With its 310 km of ski area, the interlinked ski area of les Sybelles, created in
2003, is the largest in the Maurienne valley and the 4th biggest in France.
This fabulous playground spans across six different ski resorts all interlinked
via the Point de L’Ouillon (2431 m): Saint-Jean-d’Arves, Saint-Sorlin d’Arves,
Le Corbier, La Toussuire, Les Bottières and Saint Colomban des Villards. The
area in composed of a number of very different resorts, historical resorts
such as Le Corbier and La Toussuire and authentic mountain villages like
Saint-Jean-d’Arves, Saint Sorlin d’Arves, Saint Colomban des Villards and Les
Bottières. The area boasts snow in abundance, quasi permanent sunshine
and breathtaking 360° panoramic views of the Belledonne mountain range,
the Aiguilles d’Arves (3510 m), the Pic de l’Etendard (3464 m) and even Mont
Blanc! NB: the highest point in les Sybelles, the summit of Perrons, rises a little
above 2600 metres. Les Sybelles offers a multitude of exceptional activities.

Avec ses 310 km de domaine skiable, le domaine skiable
relié des Sybelles, crée en 2003, est tout simplement
le plus grand domaine skiable de Maurienne et le 4e
domaine de France.
Un fabuleux terrain de jeu qui s’étend sur six stations
de ski reliées par la pointe de l’Ouillon (2431 m) : Saint
Jean d’Arves, Saint Sorlin d’Arves, Le Corbier, La Toussuire,
Les Bottières et Saint Colomban des Villards. Des stations
villages aux visages très différents, stations historiques
comme Le Corbier et La Toussuire ou villages montagnards
authentiques comme Saint Jean d’Arves, Saint Sorlin d’Arves,
Saint Colomban des Villards et les Bottières.
À l’arrivée : de la neige en abondance et un ensoleillement quasi
permanent sur tout le domaine sans oublier un panorama à
couper le souffle, une vue à 360° sur la chaîne de Belledonne,
les Aiguilles d’Arves (3510 m), le Pic de l’Etendard (3464 m)
et même le Mont Blanc ! À noter que le point culminant du
domaine des Sybelles se trouve sur le sommet des Perrons à
un peu plus de 2600 mètres. Cet immense domaine offre une
multitude d’activités exceptionnelles.

Le Trail de l’Etendard premier dimanche d’aout
The Trail of the Etendard, first Sunday in August
Course en haute montagne au départ de Bourg-d’Oisans qui traverse
le massif des Grandes Rousses pour mener les coureurs jusqu’à
Saint-Sorlin-d’Arves. 66km à travers des paysages remarquables
jusqu’à 2700 mètres d’altitude avec un total de 3700m de dénivelé
positif. Un second format de 31.5 kms et 2100m de dénivelé positif,
mais dans un cadre tout aussi magnifique à travers la Vallée des
Arves est également proposé au départ de St Sorlin d’Arves.
Race mountain from Bourg d’Oisans crossing the Massif des Grandes
Rousses to carry riders to Saint-Sorlin-d’Arves. 66km through the
remarkable landscapes up to 2700 meters with a total of 3700m of ascent.
A second race of 31.5 km and 2100m of ascent, but in an equally
beautiful setting through the Valley of Arves is also available from St
Sorlin.
