18H20 : Les groupes de la 1ère partie devront retourner
aux classes destinées à eux!
*Les organisateurs appelleront les 5 premiers groupes à
18h30 pour se placer en arrière scène !
* Les groupes de la deuxième partie peuvent aller s’asseoir
dans la salle avec les spectateurs aux places assignées aux
étudiants.
19h00 : DÉBUT DU SPECTACLE
À l’entracte : À la fin de la 1ere Partie, les groupes de la
2ème Partie du spectacle devront retourner aux classes
destinées à eux immédiatement ! Les organisateurs
appelleront les 5 premiers groupes pour se placer en
arrière scène !

1‐ IL NE RESTE PAS DE BILLETS / SOLD OUT / DONC, IL NE SERA PAS POSSIBLE D’EN ACHETER À LA PORTE. 2‐ POUR LES GROUPES QUI PRÉSENTENT EN 1e PARTIE, IL EST IMPORTANT QUE VOUS SOYEZ PRÊTS (ET COSTUMÉS) À 18H30 DANS LES CLASSES ASSIGNÉES. LES RÉGISSEURS VOUS APPELLERONT POUR VOUS PRÉPARER À VOTRE PASSAGE SUR SCÈNE. 3‐ POUR LES GROUPES QUI PRÉSENTENT EN 2e PARTIE, IL EST IMPORTANT QUE VOUS SOYEZ PRÊTS ET COSTUMÉS AVANT LE DÉBUT DU SHOW. À L’ENTRACTE, il faut que vous soyez DANS LES CLASSES ASSIGNÉES. LES RÉGISSEURS VOUS APPELLERONT POUR VOUS PRÉPARER À VOTRE PASSAGE SUR SCÈNE. 4‐ DES SALLES SONT PRÉVUES POUR QUE VOUS PUISSIEZ VOUS CHANGER ET DÉPOSER VOS EFFETS PERSONNELS, ATTENTION ! NE PAS VOUS ÉPARPILLER, NE RIEN OUBLIER À LA FIN ET LAISSER L’ENDROIT PROPRE. 5‐ N’OUBLIEZ PAS VOS COSTUMES SI VOUS EN AVEZ ! 6‐ APPORTEZ DE QUOI BOIRE ET DE QUOI MANGER ! TOUTEFOIS, IL EST FORMELLEMENT INTERDIT DE BOIRE ET DE MANGER DANS LA SALLE DE SPECTACLE (RÈGLEMENT DE LA SALLE). SINON, NOUS RISQUONS L’EXPULSION. 7‐ UNE FOIS QUE VOUS ATTENDEZ VOTRE TOUR EN ARRIÈRE SCÈNE VOUS DEVEZ RESTER AVEC VOTRE GROUPE. SI VOUS ALLEZ AUX TOILETTES, VESTIAIRES, ETC, AVERTISSEZ VOS CAMARADES DE GROUPE. UNE FOIS LE SPECTACLE COMMENCÉ, NOUS NE POUVONS PAS CHERCHER OU ATTENDRE PERSONNE. 8‐ SI VOUS PARTICIPEZ À 2 NUMÉROS OU PLUS QUI SE SUIVENT DURANT LE SPECTACLE, SVP, AVERTISSEZ MOHAMMED À LA FIN DE LA RÉUNION D’INFORMATION, AFIN QUE NOUS ORGANISIONS DE COURTES INTERVENTIONS POUR VOUS PERMETTRE DE CHANGER RAPIDEMENT DE COSTUME. 18h30 : Ouverture des portes
