I hereby declare that I have taken due note of the general terms and conditions for the leasing of
exhibition floor space and fitting out of stands (I have a copy of the latter). I accept all the clauses
unconditionally.
I also undertake to respect the clauses of the regulations in the Exhibitors guide.
In taking out insurance cover, I declare that I have taken due note and received a copy of the document entitled “Insurance regulations” detailing the cover offered and possess a copy thereof.
I acknowledge that I have taken out all insurance necessary to cover my civil liability and that of all
persons participating directly or indirectly in the execution of my activities and/or those of my company, for all bodily injury, material damage and consequential loss caused to others during my participation and/or that of my company in the exhibition (including during the assembly and disassembly periods).

RÉGLEMENT PARTICULIER / SPECIFIC REGULATIONS
THE EXHIBITORS
The importer-distributor or Algerian agent of a foreign manufacturer can only present the products if the foreign manufacturer
for whom he distributes the products also rents a stand, either directly or on the surface rented by the importer-distributor or
agent (9 sqm minimum).
The exhibitors authorized to exhibit directly are only the international and Algerian manufacturers of equipment, products or
services indicated in “your products”, the list of products admitted to EQUIP AUTO ALGERIA. The subsidiaries and agents
(distributors and importers) are not authorized to exhibit directly and to reserve their own stand. They can be present on the
exhibitor’s stand (the manufacturer), if the exhibitor has paid the participation fees per subsidiary or agent and fi he has
indicated their name in the registration to the catalogue.
The subsidiaries and agents can only present the exhibitor’s products, to the exclusion of any other product or
documentation.
CONTERFEITING
The exhibitor is directly responsible for the protection, intellectual or industrial, of materials, products, services and trademarks
displayed, in respect of the applicable rules and legislation. The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any dispute involving
the above quoted topics, especially in case of litigation with another exhibitor or visitor. Should a counterfeit be stated by a
Court, what ever the date is, the Organizer will be enforced to ask the exhibitor concerned to act so that he remains in
adequation with the judicial decision. Should however the conformity still not be respected, the Organizer keeps the right not
to admit the exhibitor, or to enforce adequate penalties, according to the present document, with no compensation or
financial repair.
ADMISSION
Only application forms entirely completed and signed will be considered.
They must be accompanied by a payment on account. No registration will be taken into account without mandatory deposit.
Notwithstanding the payment on account its invoicing and/or collection, admission of the applicant or his company is subject
to a preliminary examination by a Commission.
The exhibitor admission board reserves the right to ref use all application forms, which do not fit in with the products list or with
the image of the exhibition.
In case of refusal, this decision will be notified to the applicant or his company by the Organizer and the payment on account
will be reimbursed.
On the other hand, this sum is collected for the exhibitor and remains the property of the Organizer if the applicant withdraws
his participation (see withdrawal paragraph). Admission is pronounced by means of an official notification from the Organizer or
by the mailing of an invoice specifying the location, number and area of the stand. In this respect, given the limitations
imposed by the placing of all the exhibitors, the Organizer reserves the right to modify the areas requested by the exhibitor
and the corresponding invoicing, up to 20% without its being possible that the exhibitor request the cancellation of his
participation.
Application forms received after 19/01/2016 must be accompanied with the total payment.
WITHDRAWAL
LES EXPOSANTS
L’importateur - distributeur ou agent Algérien d’un fabricant étranger ne peut présenter des produits que si le fabricant
étranger dont il distribue les produits a lui-même loué un stand directement. Les exposants admis à participer directement
sont les fabricants internationaux et algériens de matériels, produits et services précisés dans la nomenclature du salon (“vos
produits”). Les filiales et agents (distributeurs et importateurs) ne peuvent présenter que les produits de l’exposant, à
l’exclusion de tout autre produit ou documentation.
CONTREFAÇON
L'exposant doit faire son affaire personnel el de la protection intellectuelle et/ou industrielle des matériels, produits, services et
marques exposés, conformément aux dispositions légales et réglementaires en vigueur, l'Organisateur étant déchargé de
toute responsabilité à cet égard, notamment encas de litige avec un autre exposant ou visiteur. En cas de contrefaçon dû
ment constatée par décision de justice quelle qu'en soit sa date, l'Organisateur pourra exiger de l'exposant de se mettre en
conformité avec la décision. A défaut, l'Organisateur se réserve le droit de ne pas admettre l'exposant ou d'appliquer les
sanctions prévues aux présentes sans que celui-ci puisse prétendre à un quelconque dédommagement.
ADMISSION
Seules les demandes de participation entièrement remplies et dûment signées pourront être prises en considération. Elles
devront être accompagnées du paiement de l'acompte. Les demandes de participation sans acompte ne seront pas prises
en considération. Nonobstant le versement de l'acompte, sa facturation et/ou son encaissement, l'admission du demandeur
ou de sa société demeure soumise à un examen préalable. La commission d’admission des exposants se réserve le droit de
refuser toute demande de participation qui ne correspondrait pas à la nomenclature ou
à l’image du salon. En cas de refus, cette décision sera notifiée au demandeur ou à sa société par l'Organisateur et l'acompte
versé sera remboursé.
Par contre, cette somme est perdue pour l'exposant et acquise à l'Organisateur si le demandeur retire sa participation (voir
paragraphe désistement).
L'admission est prononcée par une notification officielle de l'Organisateur ou par l'envoi d'une facture précisant
l'emplacement, le numéro et la surface du stand. A ce titre, compte tenu des contraintes imposées par le placement de
l'ensemble des exposants, l'Organisateur se réserve le droit de modifier dans une limite de 20% les surfaces demandées par
l'exposant et la facturation correspondante, sans pour autant que l'exposant puisse demander l'annulation de sa participation.
L'Organisateur est seul juge de l'implantation des stands.
Toute demande de participation adressée après le 19/01/2016 devra être accompagnée du paiement de la totalité du
montant de la demande.
DESISTEMENT
Toute annulation de la part de l’Exposant doit être notifiée à l’Organisateur par écrit.
En cas d’annulation totale ou partielle (réduction de surface), par l'Exposant, de sa participation au Salon et/ ou de sa commande
de stand équipé, à quelque date que ce soit et quelle qu’en soit la cause, ce dernier reste intégralement redevable du prix de sa
participation. Ainsi, les sommes déjà versées au titre de la location du stand et/ ou de sa commande de stand équipé demeurent
acquises à l’Organisateur et les sommes restant le cas échéant dues, deviennent immédiatement exigibles ; le tout même en cas
de relocation du stand à un autre Exposant.
Il est précisé que dans le cas où un Exposant, n’occuperait pas son stand vingt-quatre (24) heures avant l’ouverture du Salon au
public, et ce qu’elle qu’en soit la cause, l’Organisateur pourra considérer que l’Exposant a annulé sa participation au Salon et les
conditions visées ci-dessus s’appliqueront.
The Exhibitor shall notify the Organiser in writing of any cancellation.
In the event that the Exhibitor partially (by reducing the surface of its stand area) or fully cancels its participation in the Exhibition and
/or its request for an equipped stand, on any date and for whatsoever reason, the Exhibitor shall nonetheless remain liable for the
payment of all outstanding amounts due in respect of its participation and/or stand. Furthermore, any amounts already paid in respect
of rent for a stand area and/or a request for an equipped stand, shall be retained by the Organiser and the Exhibitor shall remain liable
for the payment of any outstanding amounts, which shall fall due forthwith irrespective of the dates set out on any invoice or registration
form, whether or not the reserved stand is allocated to another Exhibitor.It is hereby expressly agreed that in the event that an Exhibitor
has not occupied their allocated stand area twenty-four (24) hours before the opening of the Exhibition, the Exhibitor shall be deemed
to have cancelled its participation in the Exhibition and the aforementioned provisions shall apply.
RESPECT DES ÉCHÉANCES
Aucun escompte ne sera pratiqué pour le paiement anticipé. Le non respect de l'échéance de paiement de la facture
entraînera les pénalités prévues, en application de l'article L. 441-6 du Code de Commerce, au taux égal à deux fois le taux
légal en cours. Après attribution du stand, le solde du paiement devra être réglé au plus tard à la date limite indiquée sur la
facture. En cas de non paiement du solde à l'échéance, l'Organisateur se réserve le droit de disposer de la surface concédée
et/ou sera en droit d'interdire à l'exposant d'occuper l'emplacement réservé, et le montant total de la facture est dû à
l'Organisateur.
ASSURANCES - RENONCIATION A RECOURS
Les conditions de l’assurance figurent dans le Guide de l’Exposant.
Assurance obligatoire couvrant la responsabilité civile, les dommages subis par les biens exposés et l’agencement du stand,
contre tous dommages accidentels notamment, incendie, explosion, vol, dégâts des eaux, actes de terrorisme et de
sabotage, grèves, émeutes et mouvements populaires.
Si la valeur de vos biens excède la somme assurée, il est proposé une assurance complémentaire facultative dont les
éléments vous seront remis ultérieurement dans le Guide de l'Exposant. Les écrans plats de type plasma ou LCD sont
exclus de la garantie. L’exposant garde la faculté de souscrire une assurance spéciale dont les éléments vous seront
remis ultérieurement dans le Guide de l'Exposant (formulaire d’assurance complémentaire). En cas de sinistre couvert
par l'assurance, votre préjudice sera intégralement indemnisé dans la limite du capital assuré, sans aucun abattement pour
règle proportionnelle. (Voir les conditions de l'assurance dans le Guide de l'Exposant).
PROMOSALONS ne répond pas des dommages que les exposants pourraient occasionner à des tiers ni des pertes, vols ou
destruction des matériels et marchandises qu’ils exposent. Conformément aux Conditions Générales d’Occupation du Parc
de la SAFEX, tout exposant, par le seul fait de sa participation, déclare renoncer à tout recours que lui-même ou ses
assureurs seraient en droit d’exercer contre PROMOSALONS, la SAFEX et leurs assureurs pour tout dommage direct ou
indirect que ces derniers pourraient occasionner à ses biens ainsi qu’à ses préposés.
GUIDE DE L’EXPOSANT
Tous les renseignements concernant les détails de la participation de l’Exposant au Salon lui sont fournis, après attribution du
stand, dans le «Guide de l’Exposant» adressé à chaque participant ou accessible sur le site internet du Salon. L’Exposant
s’engage en outre à respecter les mesures de sécurité et de prévention réglementaires les formalités de douane… ainsi que
les contraintes édictées pour l’aménagement des stands.
PRISE DE VUES/MARQUES
L’exposant autorise expressément, à titre gracieux, l’Organisateur :
à réaliser, s’il le souhaite, des photos et/ou des films le représentant ainsi que les membres de son équipe, de même que les
produits exposés sur son stand ;
à utiliser librement ses images sur tous supports, notamment publicitaires, en France comme à l’étranger et sans limitation de
durée.
A citer et reproduire gracieusement sa marque, ou dénomination sociale, comme référence commerciale pour les besoins de
sa communication, sur tous supports (connus ou à venir dont Internet), tant en France qu’à l’étranger et ce pour une durée de
cinq ans à compter de la signature du présent contrat.
SURFACE MINIMUM FACTUREE
La surface minimum facturée est de 9 m2.
AMENAGEMENT DES STANDS
Les exposants trouveront des directives à ce sujet dans le Guide de l’Exposant, adressé après attribution des stands. Ils
s’engagent à s’y conformer.
SECURITE
Les exposants sont tenus de se conformer strictement à toutes les règles de sécurité. Les exposants doivent doter leurs
stands d’extincteurs en état de marche. Tout le matériel inflammable servant à l’aménagement et à la décoration des stands
doit répondre à toutes les règles de sécurité.
Les installations électriques doivent être conformes aux normes et répondre à toutes les conditions de sécurité. En cas de
constatation de défectuosités dans l’installation électrique, la fourniture de courant sera suspendue jusqu’à ce qu’il soit
remédié à ces défectuosités.
En cas de panne de courant électrique, la SAFEX ne prend aucune responsabilité pour les pertes et dommages qui
pourraient éventuellement en résulter.
Les installation prévoyant l’utilisation de bouteilles à gaz doivent répondre à toutes les conditions de sécurité. La responsabilité
de l’exposant demeure entière.
Lors des travaux de montage des stands, les exposants sont tenus de laisser un accès libre pour l’installation électrique,
d’eau et des diverses canalisations.
Aucun travail à l’intérieur des pavillons et stands ou sur les surfaces à l’air libre susceptibles de modifier les emplacements ne
pourra être entrepris qu’après autorisation préalable et écrite de la SAFEX.
Il est formellement interdit d’ériger des constructions et de procéder à des travaux de nature à entraver la lutte contre
l’incendie.
Les exposants ne doivent sous aucun prétexte, empiéter hors des emplacements attribués par l’Organisateur. Ils veilleront
tout particulièrement à ce qu’aucune marchandise ou objet de quelque nature que ce soit n’encombre les pelouses,
passages, allées aménagés à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur des pavillons.
Sont exclues de la manifestation, les matières explosives actives, fulminantes et/ou fumigènes et toute matière que la SAFEX
et/ou l’Organisateur estimera dangereuse ou de nature à incommoder les exposants et les visiteurs.
SERVICES TECHNIQUES
Il est strictement interdit de construire en dur sur les emplacements, de creuser le sol, le plafond et les murs ainsi que les
piliers des pavillons.
En cas d’inobservation dûment constatée par la SAFEX, les travaux seront immédiatement arrêtés et les réfections opérées
aux frais de l’exposant contrevenant ; l’Organisateur se réserve le droit d’annuler la participation du contrevenant sans
contrepartie aucune.
Aucun matériel de construction, de décoration ou d’exposition ne doit être adossé contre les murs, piliers ou vitres des
pavillons. Le dos des stands, visible à travers les baies vitrées, doit obligatoirement être décoré.
Les bouches d’incendie doivent être en vue et accessibles.
Il est expressément interdit de coller les moquettes directement sur le sol des pavillons. Les fils électriques ne doivent pas
être apparents.
Tout dommage constaté entraînera une facturation en conséquence.
ASSURANCES – PRESTATIONS DIVERSES
L’Organisateur prend en charge l’assurance des allées, des passages, des pavillons et des infrastructures en responsabilité
civile.
Sous aucun prétexte, les exposants ne doivent abandonner sur les allées et autres voies d’accès, les emballages vides. Les
emballages vides destinés à être réutilisés après la manifestation doivent être obligatoirement acheminés et entreposés dans
un parc à emballages désigné par la SAFEX et/ou l’Organisateur.
PUBLICITE
Toute publicité lumineuse ou sonore devra être soumise à l’agrément préalable et écrit de l’Organisateur. Cet agrément
restera soumis à la condition que la publicité ne constitue en aucune manière une gêne aux exposants voisins, à la
circulation, ainsi que, d’une façon générale, à la bonne tenue du salon, faute de quoi l’agrément pourra être retiré sans autre
préavis.
La distribution de prospectus, de bons et imprimés divers est strictement interdite dans les allées ainsi que dans l’enceinte du
parc des expositions.
Seule est autorisée la présence de prospectus, bons et imprimés divers déposés dans l’enceinte du stand de l’exposant.
Tout document remis aux visiteurs, tel que carte commerciale, bon de commande, etc…devra comporter l’enseigne du stand
ou la raison sociale de l’exposant figurant sur la demande de participation.
CIRCULATION DANS L’ENCEINTE DU PALAIS DES EXPOSITIONS
Exceptionnellement les véhicules des exposants sont admis dans l’enceinte du palais des expositions pour approvisionner
leurs stands selon les horaires et conditions fixés par la SAFEX.
DISPOSITIONS SPECIALES
L’exposant doit faire son e de la protection intellectuelle des matériels, produits et services qu’il expose (brevets, marques,
modèles), cela conformément aux dispositions légales et réglementaires en vigueur. Ces mesures doivent être prises avant la
présentation des matériels, produits ou services, l’Organisateur n’acceptant aucune responsabilité dans ce domaine,
notamment en cas de litige avec un autre exposant ou un visiteur.
La SAFEX et l’Organisateur déclinent toute responsabilité en cas de violation, par l’exposant, des lois et règlements en matière
de droits d’auteurs.
La manifestation sera ouverte aux visiteurs, selon un horaire établi par l’Organisateur. Aucune indemnité ne sera payée aux
exposants en cas de modification d’horaires.
Au cas où, par décision de l’Organisateur, la manifestation ne pourrait avoir lieu, les demandes de participation seront
annulées et les sommes versées restituées à chacun des exposants sans indemnité.
SANCTIONS
En cas d’infraction au règlement particulier, l’Organisateur pourra après mise en demeure signifiée par huissier, procéder
immédiatement à la fermeture du stand et faire défense à l’exposant d’y pénétrer, sans que l’exposant ne puisse prétendre à
un quelconque dédommagement financier et matériel de la part de l’Organisateur. Le contrat pourra alors être résilié de plein
droit au profit de l’Organisateur sans préjudice des dommages et intérêts qui pourront être réclamés à l’exposant. Les frais
occasionnés par l’intervention de l’Organisateur (frais d’huissier et frais relatifs à la fermeture) seront mis à la charge de l’exposant.
En conséquence également de ce qui précède l’Organisateur sera en droit de refuser l’admission de l’exposant à tous les salons
organisés par PROMOSALONS et ses filiales pendant une durée de trois ans.
RESPECT OF MATURITIES
No discount will be granted for advance payment. Failure to pay an invoice at maturity will entail the fines at a rate amounting
to twice the legal rate in force. Following allocation of the stand, the payment balance must be paid by the date limit indicated
on the invoice, at the latest.
Stands will be made available to exhibitors only after payment of the balance. Failure to meet maturities entails the cancellation
of the right to utilize the stand location granted, and the total amount of the invoice is owed to the Organizer.
INSURANCE - WAIVER OF CLAIMS
(The conditions of the insurance appear in the exhibitor’s guide).
Mandatory insurance covering civil liability, damages sustained by goods exhibited and any accidental damage of stand,
namely for fire, explosions, theft with, water damages, terrorism and sabotage, strikes, riots and civil commotions.
If the value of goods exceeds the amount insured a complementary insurance will also d to exhibitors, details will be given to
you later in the Exhibitor's Guide. Plasma and LCD screens are excluded from the guarantee. The exhibitor shall the option of
subscribing a special insurance about which details will be given at a later date in the Exhibitor's Guide (complementary
insurance form). In case of an insured claim, losses will be completely covered within the limits of the amount insured, and this
without any reduction for proportional rule. (See Insurance Conditions in the Exhibitor's Guide).
PROMOSALONS is not responsible for damages caused by exhibitors to third parties, or for losses, thefts or destruction of
equipment and goods exhibited.
In accordance with General Occupancy Conditions of the SAFEX, any exhibitor, due to the sole fact of this participation,
declares that he waives his right and that of his insurers to take action against the Organizer, SAFEX and theirs insurers for any
direct or indirect damages or injury which the latter might caused to his property or employees.
THE EXHIBITOR’S GUIDE
All information relating to the Exhibitor’s participation in the Exhibits hall be supplied to the Exhibitor once a stand has been
allocated, by way of the Exhibitor’s Guide which is sent to each Exhibitor and which is available on the Exhibition website. The
Exhibitor hereby undertakes to comply with the security provisions and the customs formalities, as well as the limitations
imposed on the fitting out and decoration of the stands.
PHOTOS/FILMS
The exhibitor expressly authorizes the Organizer, free of charge:
To realize, if he wishes, photos and/or films representing him and the members of his team, as well as the products exhibited
on his stand.
To freely use these images on all media, especially advertising media, both in France and abroad and without duration
restrictions.
To quote and reproduce free of charge his brand or company name, as a business reference for his communication
requirements, on all media in France and abroad, and this for duration of five years from the signing of the present document.
The provisions of the regulations of the “Fédération des Foires et Salons de France” (the text of which appears in the
“exhibitor’s Guide”) sent to all participants following allocation of the stand which are not contrary to the clauses of this
application form and of the specific regulations continue to apply to exhibitor of the exhibition.
MINIMUM SPACE INVOICED AREA
The minimum invoiced space area is 9 sqm.
STAND CONSTRUCTION
The exhibitors will find guidelines on this matter in the exhibitor’s Guide, which will be sent after stand allocation.
SECURITY
Exhibitors have to conform to all the safety rules. Exhibitors have to equip their stands with fire extinguisher in working order.
All the inflammable material used in stand’s arrangement and decoration must be according to safety rules. Electrical
installations must conform to standards and all safety regulations. In case of any defective electrical installation, the supply of
current will be stopped until repair.
The SAFEX takes on no responsibility in case of any loss or damage caused by power cuts.
Installations requiring the use of gas cylinder must be conformed to all safety regulations. The exhibitor must assume complete
responsibility.
Exhibitors shall allow a free access for electricity and water installations as well as any other conduit during the stand erection.
All works inside pavilions, stands or on open-air grounds, which could make modifications to the exhibition sites may not be
carried out without a prior authorization from the SAFEX.
It is strictly forbidden to erect structures and carry out works that can hinder fire fighting.
Exhibitors must not, under any circumstances, settle in areas other than those allotted by the Organizer. They will take a
particular care to remove any article or good that could litter lawns and passages, either inside or outside pavilions.
It is forbidden to exhibit any kind of explosives or other material considered as dangerous by the Organizer and/or the
Organizer, and of a nature to incommode exhibitors and visitors.
TECHNICAL SERVICES
It is strictly forbidden to build on sites, to make holes on floor, ceiling and walls as well as pavilions pillars.
In case of non-observance of that clause, the Organizer will immediately stop the works, the infringer exhibitor will assume, at
his own expenses, repairing otherwise his participation will be cancelled without any compensation.
It is forbidden to lean construction, decoration or exhibits material against pavilion walls, pillars or windows. The stand’s back,
perceptible through picture windows, must be decorated.
Fireplugs must be visible and accessible.
It is forbidden to stick carpets directly on the pavilions grounds. Electrical wires must not be perceptible. Any violation will
involve a bill proportionally to damages.
INSURANCE – VARIED BENEFITS
The Organizer covers civil liability insurance regarding passages, ways and exhibition’s pavilions.
On no account should the exhibitors leave empty packing-cases on passages or other ways. These cases, ready to be used
after the closing of the exhibition, must be put in a stocking area designated by the SAFEX and/or the Organizer.
ADVERTISING
Any lit or sound advertising is subject to the Organizer’s prior written approval. Such approval will be granted on the condi tion
that the advertising in no manner disturbs neighbouring exhibitors, the free flow of visitors or, generally speaking, the proper
conduct of the exhibition, failing which approval may be withdrawn without any further notice.
The distribution of flyers, coupons and various printed matters is strictly prohibited in the confines of the Trade Show
premises. Flyers, coupons and various printed matters may be handed out only within the confines of the exhibitor’s stand.
All documents handed out to visitors, such as professional cards, order forms…. shall indicate the stand’s sign or the
exhibitor’s company name, as it appears on the application form.
MOVING WITHIN THE CONFINES OF THE EXHIBITIONS PALACE
Exhibitor’s vehicles are exceptionally allowed to enter the confines of the Exhibitions Palace, to supply stands, according to
hours and conditions set by the SAFEX.
SPECIAL PROVISIONS
The exhibitor must see to the intellectual protection of the equipment, products and services it displays (patents, trademarks,
models), this in accordance with the legal and regulatory provisions in force. The said measures must be adopted before
presentation of the equipment, products or services, the organiser declining any liability in this connection, particularly in case
of a dispute with another exhibitor or a visitor.
The SAFEX and the Organizer decline all responsibility in case of violation by the exhibitor of rules concerning copyrights.
The exhibition will be open to visitors according to hours established by the Organizer. In case of timetable changes, no
compensation will be paid to exhibitors.
If for any reasons, the exhibition is not held, participation application forms will be cancelled and exhibitors reimbursed,without
any indemnity.
PENALTIES
In the case of a breach of the regulations hereof, the Organizer will be entitled to, after summons notified by a proceed
instantly with the closure of the stand and forbid the exhibitor from entering it, without the exhibitor being able to claim any
financial and material compensation of any form whatsoever from the Organizer. The contact should be rightfully cancelled to
the benefit of the Organizer without prejudice to damage, which could be claimed. Any costs incurred about the intervention
by the Organizer will be charged to the exhibitor (bailiff’s fees and fees relative to the closure of the stand). As consequence
equally from the above, the Organizer may refuse admission to the exhibitor to all the shows organized by PROMOSALONS
and its subsidiaries for a period of three years.
