Recently, the farm has built a new production hall. Michel Torloting just joined to form a flock of 70
dairy cows. 100 000 L of the 500 000L produced are turned into ice, cheese, cream, butter and other
dairy products. Milk is produced with a dry ration.
Dairy products will be processed in local bought in town. They will then be sold in local markets and
in the short and medium term in stores.
