Laurier Tremblay specializes in the sale and leasing of office space,
industrial space, and investment projects.
Laurier Tremblay is well known for his dynamism, his long
experience and the excellent business relations he has built over his
career.
Background & Experience
Diplômé des HEC (Bachelier en Sciences Commerciales 1970), il
obtient son titre de Comptable Agréé en 1973. Monsieur Tremblay a
fait son stage chez Samson Bélair Côté Lacroix et associés, alors une
des plus importante firme comptable au Canada. Il a ensuite
travaillé au Ministère du Revenu Fédéral, puis, il a accepté le poste
de Directeur adjoint des services financiers à la Commission Scolaire
Jérôme Le Royer, troisième commission scolaire en importance au
Québec, où il gérait un budget annuel de plus de 90 millions de
dollars.
Déjà propriétaire d'immeubles à revenus et gestionnaire immobilier
en quête de nouveaux défis, il entreprend, en 1986, sa carrière
d'agent immobilier. Il se joint alors à la firme La Capitale Service
Immobilier Commercial et Industriel où il acquiert avec succès une
expérience professionnelle exceptionnelle.
Avant la création de NAI Commercial, il a travaillé durant 10 années
pour la Société Immobilière Élan International, courtier immobilier, à
titre de Vice-Président (bureaux).
Toujours très actif dans le milieu des affaires, Laurier est membre du
Réseau des gens d'affaires de Montréal, membre de la Chambre de
Commerce de l'est de l'Île de Montréal, membre du réseau HEC et du
réseau des anciens de Samson Bélair Deloitte Touche. Il possède
ainsi un large réseau de contacts, efficace et utile, pour sa clientèle.

A HEC graduate (Bachelor of Commerce, 1970), Laurier obtained his
Chartered Accountant qualification in 1973, training at Samson Bélair
Côté Lacroix and Associates, one of the largest accounting firms in
Canada at the time. He then worked for the federal Ministry of
Revenue before accepting the position of Assistant Director of
Financial Services at the third-largest school board in Quebec,
Jérôme Le Royer. There he managed an annual budget of more than
90 million dollars.
In 1986, already an owner of revenue properties and a real estate
manager in search of new challenges, he started his career as real
estate agent. He first joined La Capitale Commercial and Industrial
Real Estate Services, where he successfully acquired an exceptional
array of professional experience.
Before NAI Commercial was created, Laurier worked for 10 years for
as Vice-President (office) for real estate brokers Élan International.
Always very active in the business world, Laurier belongs to the
Réseau des gens d'affaires de Montréal, the Montreal Chamber of
Commerce, East Island, the Montréal Réseau HEC, and the Samson
Bélair/Deloitte Touche Alumni Association. He thus has a broad
network of contacts that he can put to work to better serve his
clients.
