Alloy used Aluminium 7075 alloy, with very high strength. The heat treatments of hardening, income and T73 on-income carried out after machining, make it possible to obtain mechanical characteristics higher than those of the mild steel and an excellent corrosion resistance intercrystalline. These nuts and bolts are delivered treated by anodization, filling with sodium or potassium bichromate and fatty impregnation (OABIC). The discs, out of alloy 5754, answer the specifications of the Electricite de France for the assembly of nuts and bolts 7075. They are provided pickled and lubricated.
