Excellent resistance to the ageing, the bad weather and ozone.
Beach of temperatures: between -45ºC and 120ºC. In certain specific cases,
it is possible to reach a temperature de140ºC.
Low adherence to metals.
Resist the majority of the inorganic chemical products and the solvents.

Characteristics of the bolts aluminium
Conformity to the standards
She answers, for the screws, to standards AFNOR or DIN 931/933, for the nuts to standards AFNOR or DIN 934/934 B
and is in conformity with the Technical specification n° 15-SE-565 of E.D.F.
Alloy used
Aluminium 7075 alloy, with very high strength.
The heat treatments of hardening, income and T73 on-income carried out after machining, make it possible to obtain mechanical
characteristics higher than those of the mild steel and an excellent corrosion resistance intercrystalline.
These nuts and bolts are delivered treated by anodization, filling with sodium or potassium bichromate and fatty
impregnation (OABIC).
The discs, out of alloy 5754, answer the specifications of the Electricite de France for the assembly of nuts and bolts 7075.
They are provided pickled and lubricated.
