flexible, especial porcelánico, tipo C2.
Efectuar la técnica del doble encolado, con una
llana dentada, cubrir la pieza y el soporte con el
cemento cola y macizar todas las piezas.
• MATERIAL DE JUNTAS: Debe tener una gran
adherencia a la cerámica y al soporte.
Se deben utilizar materiales de gran flexibilidad e
impermeabilidad.
Es imprescindible dejar juntas de 5 a 10 mm para
reducir el impacto de los movimientos de
dilatación y contracción.

Design: La disposition des joints de dilatation
dépends de:
• La taille et la distribution de la surface de revêtement.

• De la insolation et l’orientation du sol.
Nous devrons donner la forme plus carrée possible
aux surfaces des carreaux. La largeur des joints de
dilatation doit être de 10 à 20 mm.
NATURAL
Preparación: Al realizar la colocación deben dejarse
vacías las juntas de dilatación. Deben cortarse
rectilíneamente para conseguir una buena unión con
las masas de estanqueización. Deben mantenerse
vacías mediante una tira de plástico durante la
colocación.
Realización: Las juntas de dilatación deben
rellenarse con un material a base de plástico
espumado no putrescible (tipo porexpan). Después
deben cerrarse con una masa de estanqueización
elástica. La profundidad del material elástico
corresponde a la anchura de las juntas de
dilatación. Deben realizarse con especial esmero los
puntos de cruce entre dos juntas de dilatación, y
entre una junta de unión y una de dilatación.
JUNTA PERIMETRAL: Independizar todo el
perímetro de la terraza o pavimento de las paredes
laterales del edificio, formando una junta de
dilatación perimetral.
MATERIAL DE AGARRE: Usar un material de agarre
de la cerámica que tenga las características de
adherencia, flexibilidad e impermeabilidad que lo
hagan resistente al hielo tipo C2.
MATERIAL DE JUNTA DE UNIÓN: Debe tener gran
adherencia a la cerámica y al soporte,
impermeabilidad y alta flexibilidad. Se recomiendan
juntas de 6 a 10 mm. o juntas preparadas a tal
efecto de las que existen en el mercado.
AISLAMIENTO TÉRMICO: Aislar la terraza
térmicamente contribuye a un menor movimiento de
dilatación y contracción de la estructura portante,
con lo que se aminoran las tensiones sobre el
pavimento.
PENDIENTE: Es recomendable una pendiente del 1 al
2% para dar salida natural al agua de lluvia.
CAPA DE DESLIZAMIENTO: Es recomendable
interponer una capa de deslizamiento entre la
subestructura y el mortero de colocación.
La capa de deslizamiento se realiza con una lámina
de plástico o similar. La subestructura debe tener
una superficie no rugosa.
Preparation: In making the placement empty
expansion joints must be left. Must be cut straight in
order to obtain the tiles placed over the same
expansion areas. The expansion joints should be kept
empty by a plastic strip during installation.
Implementation: The expansion joints should be
filled with a plastic-based non-putrescible foamed
material (such as porexpan). Then cover the joints
with an elastic blocking mass. The depth of the
elastic material corresponds to the width of
expansion joints. Particular attention should be made
with the crossing points between two expansion
joints, and between a union joint and a dilation joint.
PERIMETER JOINT: separate the perimeter of the
terrace or floor from the side walls of the building,
creating a perimeter expansion joint.
GRIPPING MATERIAL: Use a gripping material for
ceramics with adhesive, flexible and waterproof
characteristics, making it resistant to ice type C2.
UNION JOINT MATERIAL: It must have a high
adhesion to ceramics, high flexibility and be
waterproof. The recommended joints should be 6 to
10 mm or prepared joints as available in the market.
THERMAL INSULATION: The thermically insulation
of the terrace contributes to a lower heat expansion
and contraction movement of the structure, which
will lessen tensions on the pavement.
DESCENT: It is recommended to allow a descent of
1-2% to output natural rainwater.
SLIDING LAYER: It is advisable to bring a sliding
layer between the substructure and the mortar.
The sliding layer is made with a plastic sheet or
similar. The substructure should not have a rough
surface.
Préparation: Au moment de faire la pose, les joints
de dilatations doivent se laisser vides. Il faut couper
tout droit pour avoir une bonne union avec les
masses d’étanchéité. Elles doivent se maintenir
vides par moyen d’une bande en plastique lors de

JOINT DU PÉRIMÈTRE: Séparer le périmètre de la
terrasse ou du sol, de la faïence latérale du
bâtiment, en laissant un joint de dilatation du
périmètre.
MATÉRIEL DE POSE: Utilisation d’un matériel de
pose de la céramique avec des caractéristiques
d’adhérence, de flexibilité et d’imperméabilité qui
fasse ce sol résistant au gel. Matériel type C2.
MATÉRIEL DU JOINT D’UNION: Il doit avoir une
forte adhérence à la céramique et au soutien,
imperméabilité et une haute flexibilité. Les joints de
6 à 10 mm sont conseillés ou sinon, joints déjà
préparés existant au marché.
ISOLATION THERMIQUE: le fait d’isoler la terrasse
aide à diminuer le mouvement de dilatation et
contraction de la structure, ce qui réduira les
tensions sur le sol.
PENTE: Une pente de 1-2% est conseillée pour
l’évacuation naturelle des eaux de pluie.
COUCHE DE GLISSEMENT: Il est conseillé de
laisser une couche de glissement entre la sous
structure et le mortier de pose.
La couche de glissement se fera avec une feuille de
plastique ou similaire. La sous structure doit avoir
une surface non rugueuse.

COLOCACIÓN STONITA
1.- PREPARACIÓN
- Respetar las juntas estructurales del edificio
Quitar el plástico de las piezas 12 horas antes
de la instalación y guardar las piezas en una
atmósfera seca en posición vertical.
- Evitar superficies de mas de 15-20 m sin
liberar tensiones.
Extender una capa de arena de 4 a 5 cm.
igualándola con una regla
- Evitar longitudes de más de 4 o 5 ml sin
liberar tensiones.
2.- COLOCACIÓN
En interiores:
- La anchura de las juntas de dilatación será de
10 a 20 mm.
Poner las piezas verificando el nivel e
igualándolas con la ayuda de una maza de
caucho blanca.
Usar un mortero adhesivo de buena calidad
(tipo C-2) y seguir las instrucciones del
fabricante.
- Al realizar la colocación, deben dejarse vacías
para conseguir una unión con las masas de
estanqueización.
Guardar las piezas limpias y secas. No mojar las
piezas bajo ningún concepto durante la
instalación.
Rellenar las juntas con una espátula.
- Deben rellenarse después con un material a
base de plástico espumado (tipo porexpan).
Después deben cerrarse con una masa de
estanqueización elástica. La profundidad del
material elástico corresponde a la anchura de
las juntas de dilatación. Deben realizarse con
especial esmero los puntos de cruce entre dos
juntas de dilatación, y entre una junta de
unión y una de dilatación.
Cuando el mortero está aún húmedo, quitar el
exceso con ayuda de una esponja humedecida
con agua. Prohibido usar ácidos para limpiar las
juntas.
Independizar todo el perímetro de la terraza
o pavimento de las paredes laterales del
edificio, formando una junta de dilatación
perimetral.
Si persiste el cemento adherido y se prefiere un
lavado a presión con maquinaria especial, no
aplicar más de 2 bares de presión a una
distancia mínima de 20 cm.
Para la limpieza una vez instalado, no usar
productos abrasivos, es suficiente con usar
agua caliente y detergente neutro.
En caso de colocarlo en una barbacoa, aplicar
un tratamiento sellador una vez las piezas
estén completamente secas.
En exteriores (colocación ANTI-HIELO):
Usar un material de agarre que tenga unas
características de adherencia, flexibilidad e
impermeabilidad que lo hagan resistente al
hielo (tipo C-2), y a ser posible, usar la técnica
del doble encolado.
Para la instalación en exteriores la superficie
debe ser plana, limpia y seca, con una
inclinación de un 2%.
Se recomienda dejar unas juntas de 5 a 20 mm.
y utilizar un material flexible, impermeable y de
gran adherencia.
Usar una llana dentada de 8 a 10 mm.
Dejar una junta de 2 a 15 mm.
Esperar que el suelo esté completamente seco
antes de proceder al rejuntado (48 horas).
Recomendamos poner una capa de
deslizamiento entre la sub-estructura y el
cemento de colocación. Esta capa se realiza con
una lámina plástico o similar. La sub-estructura
debe tener una superficie lisa (no rugosa).
Dejar unas juntas de dilatación cada 3 o 5 ml.
Deben ser flexibles, bien adheridas y llegar has
la superficie de deslizamiento o tela asfáltica
teniendo en cuenta los siguientes criterios:

Sobre gravilla:
Para esta técnica, la capa debe ser de un
espesor de 5 cm. y la granulometría de la
gravilla no exceder de los 15 mm. máximo.
3.-ACABADO Y MANTENIMIENTO
Evitar en lo posible dejar restos de cemento en
la superficie de las piezas.
Para limpiar el material no usar productos
abrasivos, bastará pasar una esponja con agua
caliente y aclarar con una gamuza, secando a
continuación las piezas con papel o paño seco.
NO USAR ÁCIDOS SOBRE LA SUPERFICIE DE
LAS PIEZAS BAJO NINGÚN CONCEPTO.
Colocación en seco:
Retirar unos 15 cm. de tierra vegetal y rellenar
de nuevo compactando la superficie. La
pendiente de esta capa debe ser idéntica a la
del pavimento. Se puede poner también una
malla geotextil para impedir el paso de hierbas
y asegurar un mejor drenaje.
No mojar las piezas.

1.- PREPARATION
- Respect the structural joints of the building
On grit:
For an outside installation: the surface must be
plain, clean and dry, with an inclination of 2%.
- Avoid surfaces of more than 15-20 m2 without
freeing tenseness.
Remove the plastic foil 12 hours before the
installation and keep the pieces in a dry
atmosphere (vertical position).
- Avoid longitudes of more than 4-5 ml. without
freeing tenseness.

2.- FIXING THE TILES

Use special prepared products.
Fill the joints with a rubber spatula.
When the mortar is still wet, remove the
remaining excess with the help of a sponge with
water. Forbidden to use acids for the cleaning of
the joints.
For the cleaning once installed, do not use
abrasives products; it’s enough to use hot water
and neuter detergent.
Outside (FROSTPROOF installation):
We recommend to put a slipping coating (a
plastic sheet or something similar) between the
sub-structure (with a plain surface) an the
laying cement.
Leave a dilatation joint every 3 or 5 ml. they
must be flexible, well adhered and they have to
arrive at the slipping surface or to the asphaltic
fabric, keeping in consideration the following
aspects:

- The amplitudes of the dilatation joints will be
from 10 to 20 mm.
- Fill the dilatation joints with a material basis
foaming plastic (e.g. forexpan) After this,
they must be sealed with an elastic
compactness lump. The deepness of the
elastic material match with the amplitude of
the dilatation joints. The cross points between
two dilatation joints should be executed with
special care.
Insulate the perimeter of the terrace or the
paving from the sideward walls of the building,
making a perimeter dilatation joint.
Use a fixing product having some adherence,
flexibility and compactness characteristics
making it frostproof (type C-2) and if possible,
use the double glued technique.
It’s recommended to use joints of 5 to 20 mm.
and to use a flexible material, waterproof and
with a large adherence.
Dry fixing:
Remove about 15cm of vegetal clay and fill
again compacting the surface. The inclination of
this cover must be the same as the paving. It
can be used also a geotextile loop to inhibit the
access of leed and to assure a better drainage.
Do not water the tiles.
On a sand cover:
Extend a sand cover of 4 to 5 cm.
Put the pieces verifying the level and matching
them with the help of a white rubber beater.
3.- CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Avoid if possible to leave rest of cement on the
surface of the pieces.
To clean the material once fixed, do not use
abrasive products, blow the paving to eliminate
the rest of the fixing and it’s enough to clean
with water and neuter detergent.
The usual clearing of the paving will be made
with domestic products (we recommend the
vegetal soap)
In case of important transit in the barbecue
place, we recommend to use a water-repellent.
Avoid to use acids on the surface of the pieces.
DO NOT USE ACIDS ON THE SURFACE OF THE
PIECES

1.- PREPARATION
Enlever le plastique de la pièce 12 heures avant
la pose et les garder en position verticale dans
un endroit sec.
pour empêcher la croissance des herbes et
pour vous assurer un meilleur drainage.
On doit prendre en compte les critères
suivants:
- Respecter les joints structurels du bâtiment.
Ne pas arroser les pièces.

- Éviter les surfaces de plus de 15-20 m sans
libérer des tensions.
Sur une couche de sable:
Interieur:
- Éviter les longitudes de plus de 4-5ml. sans
libérer des tensions.
Étendre en plat une couche de sable d’entre 4
et 5 cm.
Utiliser ciment adhésif tipe C-2 et suivre les
instructions du fabricant.
- La largeur des joints de dilatation doit être
entre 10 et 20 mm.
Poser les pièces et vérifier le niveau avec l’aide
d’une massue de cauchois blanc.
Maintenir les pièces propres et sèches ; ne pas
arroser ni frapper les pièces pendant la pose.
- Au moment de la pose, on doit laissez les joint
de dilatation vides pour obtenir une union
avec les masses d’étanchéité.
Sur gravillon:
2.- POSE
Utiliser un peigne denté 8 à 10 mm.
Laissez un joint de 2 à 15 mm.
Remplissage des joints:
Attendre que le sol soit complètement sec
avant de remplir les joints (48 h).
Utiliser produits spéciaux préparés.
Remplir les joints avec une spatule de gomme.
Quand le mortier il est encore frais, on doit
enlever l’excès avec l’aide d’une éponge avec de
l’eau. C’est interdit d’utiliser des produits acides
pour le nettoyage des joints.
Pour l’entretien du sol, une fois la pose est
terminée, c’est interdit d’utiliser des produits
abrasifs, il suffit de le nettoyer avec de l’eau
chaude avec des détergents neutres.
Exterieur (pose ANTIGEL):
Pour une pose en extérieur : la surface doit être
plate, propre et sèche, avec une pente du 2%
minimum.
Il est recommandable d’ajouter une couche de
glissance (un plastique ou similaire) entre la
substructure (avec une surface non rugueuse)
et le ciment de pose.
Faire des joints de dilatation entre parties
de 3 à 5 ml. Elles doivent être flexibles, bien
adhérées et elles doivent arriver jusqu’à la
surface de glissance ou couche asphaltique.
- Remplir les joints de dilatation avec un
matériel base plastique écumeux (porexpan).
Après le remplissage, elles doivent être fermés
avec une masse d’étanchéité élastique.
La profondeur du matériel élastique
correspond à la largeur des joints de
dilatation. Les points de croisement entre
deux joints de dilatation et entre un joint
d’union et un joint de dilatation, doivent se
faire avec beaucoup de soin.
Pour cette technique, la chape doit avoir une
épaisseur de 5 cm de gravillon de 15 mm.

3.- NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
Eviter si possible les restes de ciment sur la
surface de pièces.
Pour le nettoyage du matériel un fois posé, ne
pas utiliser des produits abrasifs; balayer le sol
pour éliminer ce qui reste de la pose. Il suffit de
nettoyer avec de l’eau et un détergent neutre.
Il faut faire un joint de dilatation au périmètre
entre le sol de la terrasse et les murs du
bâtiment.
S’il reste du ciment et on désire un nettoyage à
machine à pression, n’appliquer plus de 2 bars
de pression à une distance minimal de 20 cm.
Utiliser un matériel d’adhérence avec des
caractéristiques d’adhérence, flexibilité et
imperméabilisation qui soit résistent au gel
(Type C-2),et si c’est possible, nous
conseillons d’utiliser la technique de double
colle .
Au cas du grand trafic ou en endroits comme
une barbecue, nous conseillons d’utiliser des
produits hydrofuges.
Nous conseillons d’utiliser des joints d’entre 5
et 20mm et d’utiliser un matériel flexible,
imperméable et de grosse adhérence.
C’est interdit d’utiliser des acides sur la surface
des pièces.
INTERDIT D’UTILISER PRODUITS ACIDES SUR
LA SURFACE DES PIECES
Pose en sec:
Enlever 15 cm de terre végétal et remplir de
nouveau en compactant la surface. La pente de
cette couche doit être identique à celle-ci du
sol. On peut poser aussi une maille géotextile
