Low maintenance perennials for any garden. Clump forming bush-like growing habits. Most varieties can
be used for cut flower growing. Not particular about soil, but a sunny location is needed for best flower
production. Peonies perform best if planted in the fall. Available in 2/3 eye, 3/5 eye or 6/8 eye sized roots.
Delivery from October 1 in bags (15 bare roots) or boxes (60-75 bare roots). Also available in spring.

Net 30 days after date of invoice. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) will be added to past due accounts. We accept VISA and Mastercard payments. We are not responsible for any
printing errors or price differences.
Minimum Order
$350.- A $40.00 handling fee will be charged for orders less than the $350.00 minimum. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Order Deadlines
Fall deadline - August 1, 2016; Spring deadline - February 1, 2017
Shipping
All prices are FOB distribution point Anchorage.

control. Even though Holland has an excellent growing climate we can not be held responsible for growing and weather conditions beyond our control. A confirmation will be sent as soon as we processed
your order but items may be cancelled at a later date.
Upon Arrival
Check whether your shipment is complete and all product is in good condition. Bulbs must be stored in a wel ventilated and dry place. If for some reason bulbs do not arrive in good condition, all claims,
damages, spoilages and shortages must be reported to us in a written letter stating the problem, within 10 working days. We will need pictures of all damaged or spoilage issues.
Claims
Request for credit must be made within 10 working days after receipt of the order. Send a written request with specifications and pictures to your salesperson or to our salesoffice. We will replace, credit,
make a prompt adjustment or advise further product care at that time. The value of a claim can never be more than the invoiced amount.

A l'arrivée
Vérifiez que votre commande est complète et que tout le produit est en bonne condition. Les bulbes doivent être entreposés dans un endroit sec et bien aéré. Si les bulbes n'arrivent pas en bonne condition,
tous les réclamations, dommages, pertes et détériorations doivent être signalés dans une lettre écrite faisant mention du problème, dans les 10 jours après les recevoirs. Nous doivons aussi des photos de
tous les problèmes relatifs aux dommages ou à la détérioration.
Réclamations
Les demandes de crédit doivent être faites dans les 10 jours suivant la réception de la commande. Envoyer une demande par écrit avec les spécifications et les images à votre représentant ou à notre
bureau de vente. Nous remplacerons, créditerons, apporterons des ajustements rapides ou nous aviserons sur d'autres soins au produit à ce moment. La valeur de la réclamation peut pas être supérieure au
montant de la facture.
