Conditions of Use
· Voucher must be exchanged within 6 mont hs from
issuance date.
· Upon voucher exchange, sign and date The Paris Pass.
Simply write your name and the dat e on which you first
use it (the card is personal and non transferable), and
show it at the museum or participating establishments
you are visiting.
· The card is activated the first time it is used at a
participating establishment. Once activated, the card
can be used for the period of time stipulated on each
particular type of card.
· Not valid for groups of 7 or more visiting the Louvre
Museum
· Cardholders can visit the permanent collection at
museums, monuments and other attractions a single
time; please ens ure that the day on which you wish to
visit that they are not closed. Cardholders are advised
to check opening times. Temporary exhibits are not
always included as part of the free entry. All pertinent
information can be found on the guide that is included
when you exchange your voucher
· You must write the serial number of your transport card
/Paris Visite Pass on the ticket that is passed through
the ticket machine. The card and ticket must be kept
together at all times and both must be shown in the
case of inspection.
Refund Policy
· A 15% cancellation penalty applies to non-exchanged
Rail Europe vouchers if ret urned within 6 months of
issue date.
· Rail Europe vouchers can be exchanged individually.
· Once exchanged, The Paris Pass is non-refundable.
· The Paris Pass is not covered by the Rail Prot ection
Plan™.
