RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION TERMS
Reservation terms
• The confirmation of your booking must be sent by letter, fax, internet or by phone.
• We ask for a deposit payment equal to 30 %, which is calculated on the total amount of your stay. This amount can be paid either
by eurocheck, money order or credit card (we need your card number, its expire date and a written document allowing the hotel to charge
your credit card).
If you have made a reservation with breakfast, the meals that won’t be had at the hotel won’t be able to be repaid.
By sending us a deposit amount, you fully agree with our booking and cancellation terms and also the cancellation fees listed below.
Cancellation terms
We wish to inform you, that in the case you cancel before the beginning of your stay or in the case you planned to leave before the end of
it, we shall invoice you cancellation fees:
• Up to 15 days before your arrival date : no fees
• Between 14 days and 7 days before your arrival date : 15 % of the total amount
• Between 6 days and 3 days before your arrival date : 30 % of the total amount
• Less than 2 days before your arrival date, no show and early departures before the end of the planed stay: 100 % of the total amount

Booking and cancellation of special «Events»
Booking conditions and general cancellation mentioned above shall not apply during periods of reservation related to an event (Festival
Lounge, Congress, Fair etc.). organized in Calvi and its region.
The reservation and cancellation conditions applicable in case of events are:
• Bookings are neither changeable nor refundable.
• We ask for a deposit payment equal to 50 %, which is calculated on the total amount of your stay.
• Payment of the balance on arrival. Non-refundable even in case of early departure.
