TOTEM PYLON 80 mm

TOTEM Pylon 80 mm consists of a basic section (TOT1080) into which a cover (TOTCLOSE1080) can be clicked, to finalise the TOTEM Pylon construction (on legs).
Easy to assemble with double sided sign support 46 mm (AO01046). By connecting
the basic sections (TOT1080) with the 16,5 mm thick tubing it is possible to create a
frame in which curved plates between 2 and 4,5 mm thickness can be mounted.
The TOTEM Pylon 80 mm can simply be mounted on aluminium (or steel), round
foundation tubes Ø 50 x 4 mm. With the TOTEM Pylon 80 it is possible to make
different end products = single or double sided, horizontal/vertical, entrance boards,
information boards or signposts and all of them with flat or curved plates.
The cover section (TOTCLOSE1080) covers the posts when used as an information
or entrance board on legs.

Le poteau TOTEM 80 mm est composé d’une section basique
(TOT1080) sur laquelle on peut cliquer un profil de finition (TOTCLOSE1080) pour réaliser la construction d’un TOTEM (sur
pieds). Assemblage facile à l’aide de caissons 46 mm (AO01046).
En assemblant les sections basiques (TOT1080) avec les caissons
alu ou profils cadres d’une épaisseur de 16,5 mm, vous créez
rapidement un TOTEM en inserant des plaques courbées entre 2
et 4,5 mm d’épaisseur. Le TOTEM 80 mm est simplement monté
sur un tube de fondation rond Ø 50 x 4 mm en alu (ou acier).
Le poteau TOTEM permet de faire des constructions différents,
en simple ou double face (illuminé et non illuminé) horizontal/
vertical, sur pied, en drapeau ainsi que comme poteau directionnel.
Le profil de finition (TOTCLOSE1080) est utilisé comme finition du
profil basique (TOT1080).

TOTEM Pylon 90 mm consists of a basic section made of a round post Ø 90 mm (one
slot) (AO019001T) and a support (TOT1090). Easy to assemble with double sided sign
support 46 mm (AO01046/AO01060 or AO01100). By connecting the basic sections
(AO019001T + TOT1090) and the double sided sign panels (tubing thickness
16,5 mm), it is possible to create a frame in which curved plates between 2 and
4,5 mm thickness can be included. The Pylon 90 mm can simply be mounted on
aluminium (or steel) foundation tube 60 x 60 x 3 mm.

ou AO01100) d’une épaisseur de 16,5 mm.
Vous créez rapidement votre TOTEM en inserant des plaques courbées entre 2 et
4,5 mm d’épaisseur. Le TOTEM 90 mm est simplement montable sur tubes de fondation 60 x 60 x 3 mm en alu ou en acier. Des fonctions à vis co-extrudées offrent le
montage du capuchon et la plaque de piètement.

By using self-tapping screws or metric screws, the profiles are very easy to mount on
to the internal frames. Various rolled plates in aluminium, PVC or acrylic from 2 to 6 mm
thickness can be applied. All sections are provided with integrated screw threads and
all items for mounting the cover plate.
TOTEM Pylon (TOT1137/2H) makes it easy to remove and change advertising boards.
The use of rubber seals makes the TOTEM Pylon easy to service.
The side details of pylon (1137/2H) section can also be used to fit illumination with an
acryl cover. If illumination is not used, the insert section (AOC1000) will be clicked into
the (TOT1137/2H) section as finishing insert.

En utilisant des vis auto-fixantes,
les poteaux TOTEM sont facilement
montables sur la construction
cadre basique intérieur.
Différents types de plaques roulées, extrudées ou coulées (en PVC,
acrylique ou aluminium) d’une
épaisseur de 2 à 6 mm peuvent être
montées facilement.
Toutes les sections sont prévues
pour fonction à vis co-extrudées à
fin de fixer les plaques par vis.
Le poteau TOTEM (TOT1137/2H)
facilite la tâche pour fixer et
enlever les plaques publicitaires en
ouvrant les charnières clic.
Les plaques peuvent facilement
être enlevées par l’avant. Le joint
élastomère facilite le service.
Une fonction glissière sur le côté
du poteau (TOT1137/2H) peut être
utilisée pour inserer un PVC transparant pour éclairer le poteau sur
le côté.
Dans le cas de non éclairage la liste
de couverture (AO0100) sera utilisée comme finition.
