1. Objet de l'Appel d'Offres
L 'Autorité Porluaire
Nationale (APN) lance, pour
le compte de cet
organisme, les prestations de gardiennage de ses structures.
2. Consistance des prestations
Les prestations du présent Appel d'Offres National Ouvert por*tent sur les
prestations de gardiennage à l'Autorité Portuaire Nationale, en un (01)lot
unique, décomposé comme suit

Les caractéristiques desdites prestations sont définies dans le Dossier
d'Appel d'Offres, pièce n"5 intitulée « Descriptif de la Prestation
»
3. Pafticipation et origine des prestataires
La participatton au présent Appel d'Offres est ouverte, à égalité de
conditions, aux Prestataires installés au Cameroun ayant une expertise
avérée dans le gardiennage et remplissant les conditions prévues par la
réglementation en vigueur.
4, Financement
Les prestations sont financées par l'Autorité Portuaire Nationate, budget
des exerclces 2017 et 2018, code comptable no 612 060, Programme no3"
5. Le coût prévisionnel
Le coüt prévisionnel est de 33.000.000 (trente-trois millions) de FCFA
pour les deux lots par année.

Le Dossier d'Appel d'Offres peut être consulté aux heures ouvrables, dès
publication du présent avis, auprès du Chef de la Division de

9. Recevabilité des offres
Le soumissionnaire est tenu de joindre aux pièces administratives, une
caution de soumission délivrée par une banque de premier ordre
agréée
par le Ministère en charge des finances, d'un montant de 600.000
(six
cent mille) FCFA.
La liste des établissements bancaires et organismes financiers agréés
figure dans la pièce n"11 du DAO.
La période de validité de ladite caution doit excéder de trente (30) jours
la
date limite de validité des offres.
Sous peine de rejet, les autres pièces administratives requises doivent
être produites en originaux ou en copies certifiées conformes par

13. Nombre de lots
Le présent appel d'offres est constitué en deux (02) Iots. Chaque
soumissionnaire peut faire une offre pour l'ensemble des deux (02) lots ou

14. Durée de validité de I'offre
Le soumissionnaire reste engagé par son offre pendant quatre-vingt-

The National Port Authority (NPO) hereby launches, on behalf of that

services of its structures.

Each bidder shall include in their administrative document a bid bond
arnounting to FCFA 600,000 (six hundred thousand) Francs with a thirty
days (30) validity after the entry into force of the request for quotation,
and issued by a first-rate financial institution approved by the Ministry of
Finance, the list of which is contained in Document 11of the tender file
(DAO)
