Dear Parents,
We cordially invite you to the International Day Celebration, at the IC Ras Beirut Campus,
May 10, 2014 from 18:00 -19:30. The event will begin with song and dance performances on
the football field, and after that all the visitors are welcome to visit the country’s stands. The
stands will display students’ research as well as typical foods from the various countries.
Tickets for this year’s International Day are available at all Antoine bookstore branches as
well as the IC bookstore. The tickets are available in the following price categories: Zone 1:
15000L.L, Zone 2: 10 000L.L and Zone 3: 5 000L.L. All proceeds from ticket will go towards
helping Syrian refugee children.
Please take note of the following important points:
- High heels are not permitted on the football field since they will cause
damage to the artificial grass. Please wear flat shoes with no heels,
preferably gym shoes.
- Children should be sitting with their parents, except of course for the
students who are performing. The students should not leave their chairs
before the end of the celebration.
- The performing students should bring a water bottle and a hat or cap to
protect
them from the sun.
- Students should be at the football field at 5:30 sharp wearing their
costumes.
- A photographer will be present to take pictures. Please note that no one will
be permitted to stand in front of the stage in order to take pictures.
We thank the parents, teachers and students for all their efforts in making this annual
cultural event a memorable and enriching one.

Vous êtes cordialement invités à notre traditionnelle Journée Internationale du 2013-2014.
Cette cérémonie aura lieu le 10 mai, au site de Ras Beyrouth, de 18h00 à 19 heures 30. Elle
se passera en deux temps :
- un défilé de chants et de danses folkloriques sur le terrain de foot.
- une exposition de projets, d’articles artisanaux et de plats traditionnels..
Les billets d’entrée sont disponibles dans toutes les branches de la librairie Antoine y
compris le magasin de fourniture scolaire de l’I.C. Les prix des billets sont les suivants :
Zone 1 :15.000L.L, Zone 2 : 10.000L.L et Zone 3 : 5.000L.L. L’argent recueilli sera mis au
profit des enfants des réfugiés syriens.
Nous vous prions de tenir compte de ces points importants :
- Il faut se chausser d’escarpins plats ou bien de chaussures de sport (les talons
hauts et pointus pourront abîmer la pelouse artificielle qui couvre le terrain).
- Les enfants qui vous accompagnent devront rester à vos côtés durant la
représentation.
- Chaque élève devra avoir une bouteille d’eau et une casquette pour se
protéger du soleil.
- Les élèves devront arriver à 17h30 habillés de leurs costumes.
- Le photographe sera présent. Les parents ne pourront pas se mettre en face de
l’estrade pour prendre des photos.
- Les élèves ne pourront pas quitter les lieux avant la fin du spectacle.

faire de cette journée mémorable un événement culturel et une expérience enrichissante.
