EVENT SUMMARY
CAIA and PRMIA panels will be presented by
four members each, both comprised of two junior
and two senior speakers.
Chosen from differing sectors, early-career stage
panelists will illustrate how each designation has
helped young graduates that are just stepping into
the industry. Senior panelists will outline the typical
responsibilities of professionals involved respectively
in risk management (PRMIA) and alternative
investment analysis/management (CAIA).
Brief question and answer periods will conclude each
panel, after which two professional head hunters will
offer their points of view.
Following a short awards presentation, attendees
are invited to a ninety minute cocktail reception
to network with industry professionals and
representatives from the academic community,
including Finance Montréal (an industry group),
AMF (a regulator) and M-X (a derivatives exchange).
